The trouble with long Covid is that it’s not fully understood yet. A good friend of mine is suffering from it atm. I’m not sure whether Turkey Tail would help. If I were suffering from it, I would probably try supplementing with Birch Polypore (Fomitopsis betulina) as it’s what I use when I have a cold/flu, etc but this is obviously not medical advice and I’m not a doctor. If you have long Covid, I hope you recover soon!

What do you to the turkey tail before grinding it? Dry it or roast it in oven? I'm collecting a lots of turkey tail this fall and want to use it as medicinal.
Hey, I dry them before grinding. With all the drying of herbs and mushrooms I do, I have a dehydrator.
