After being vegan for 8 years and researching and trying as many options as were available, I decided to stop being almost healthy. I started adding the highest quality eggs I can source and a small amount of some occasional organ meat every week or so and the difference is huge. Still 95% plant based, but my body feels much stronger and resilient with some mindfully selected additions from animal sources. Thank you for speaking to these points

'Bashar' (Darryl Anka channelled entity) ranked our needs in this order:
    1 - Oxygen
    2 - Water
    3 - Sleep
    4 - Food
(& three more needs - but don't want to detract)
I was gobsmacked with sleep's position in that ranking - above food no less - but have very much taken it to heart.

What I find difficult after being diagnosed with Breast Cancer this past summer, is all the information that is out there about food and diet. I have lived a healthy life style since my mom dropped of a heart attack when I was in my later thirties. So that means working out daily with weights and cardio, no processed food, and cut way back on sugar. I feel stress plays a huge part in our health, and today most people are under so much stress. Its frustrating to me not knowing what to eat. By this I mean plant based, keto, no meat, no dairy. Its very hard to know how to eat with all the information out there. So for now I will continue to try and alleviate my stress levels, eat as well as I can and continue to work out daily because this is what makes me feel good. Great podcast!!!

Totally agree. I've dealt with major health issues for the last few years as well. Started to try to combat it with an Extremely clean lifestyle. Inflammation remained high. The clean lifestyle helped other things but not the main problem, inflammation. When I started mediation, things began to change. Now that I've stopped for a year or so, inflammation is back. I'm convinced that the majority of our health problems starts with our stress levels. Mostly cortisol related. You and I alone could be case studies for that theory, lol.

This is a classic example of purpose coming out of pain. He is blessed to have experienced that motherly love in his life. Now he can honor her memory by helping others who have found the willpower to heal themselves and not surrender their personal sovereignty and wellbeing to big pharma, big food, greed and symptom mgmt. I was blessed to have had a mother who preached about avoiding ultra processed foods back in the 70s. She was also a personal trainer and we had a regular spiritual practice. She worked in the very small closet sized organic food section while the grocery store shelves were growing with packaged foods. Inevitably, we ended up at co-ops and growing our own foods. Great interview! Thanks for addressing nutrition as an integral component of mind/body/spirit health and vitality.

    Dear Max and André,
After some years deep diving into the proverbial rabbit hole of health, diet, nutrition, lifestyle and all that, I’ve come to the conclusion that diet and nutrition play a much bigger role than I think most people realize.
One of the most influential people in my life would have to be
    Loren Lockman
    who runs the
Tanglewood wellness center in Costa Rica.
Please look into this if you haven’t already. I’m certain he would make an AMAZING guest and would give so many people a better insight on what real health and vitality looks like.
P.S Thank you so much for what you are doing and keep raising that consciousness!!

    Andre’ , to know and not to do is not not to know;
it’s living in a hellish nightmare. I understand your beautiful guest so well. My mother passed last year after 10-12 years of the exact same experience. I also found that I understood the disease and how to treat these blessed humans and their desperate families and unfortunately my personal experience was that I understood so so much more than anyone! People are so afraid here of dementia and of death here in the west in general that we need an entirely new paradigm in my opinion around the aging and the dying. The fact that the health care system has zero help to offer these people is pathetic; and the people WITH neurodegeneration are living pathetically along with their families are all treated pathetically. This is constantly on my mind. What an experience! I’d read 72 books on neuro degenerative disease by the time my mama passed and I don’t believe I met one human within the industry in twelve years who had read even one. 💜

Now we will work together to make this important information available to all classes and races of people. My work in the Organic/Health food/Supplements industry has provided opportunities for my own awareness while making it exceedingly evident that even subtly marginalized groups do not have the funds, access, or knowledge to improve their conditions. For people like us it is the standardized medicine that is the last choice after what some consider alternative methods. Clearly nature-based care is better for anyone. My children were birthed without a hospital or medication, no silver nitrate in their eyes, and no circumcision. That said, there was a hospital nearby for safety. Doctors, like lawyers, can be both good and bad. It is important that we influence them perhaps more than they influence us. Also, I don't struggle with obesity. 😄 My choices create an adventure in plumpness that I avoided through my young adult life. I don't participate in risky sports. You'll find me in the kitchen.

I don't smoke because I view my lungs as a crucial life-support system for my body. Why subject it to anything other than what it 'wants'.
    That's pretty easy & obvious.
Then it occurred to me - that we should really be viewing our _digestive system_ in the same way.
If I could be ultra-logical about that - I'd only ever eat 100% healthily, inc no added sugar, no alcohol, etc.
The reason we _don't_ operate like that is because most of us see the point of life as _other_ than the magic of the experience of Consciousness.
Our bodies are therefore also access-to-Consciousness support systems.
I value the experience of Consciousness - & therefore I now value the health of my life-support system that much more.

The vegan vs carnivore never made sense to me. We are not all clones... I'm sure some may thrive on one or the other diet but it doesn't mean its ideal for everyone. I think we should focus on organic, local and seasonal! That way we will avoid the most environmental issues with our food. I get it's a difficult situation as not everybody lives on the countryside. I wish there was an easier solution but not everything is black and white unfortunately, we will have to compromise.

I was in tiptop shape, had a great job, etc. but without love, without a partner, you start to feel it's all worthless... Without love, doing all these things to live alone.. longer, is absurd. To those saying "gotta love yourself first": If someone feels they're worthy of love, and wants to be loved, they clearly love themselves. "Gotta love yourself first" is such a cop-out, cookie cutter response that comes from reading too many self-help books.

Use to talk to 100s of people a week. It is crazy the lies we are told. What we arent aloud to say on main stream platforms... all i do is help people. But keep it simple. Its so easy to confuse people.

Anyone with the open mindedness enough to be here - please look into 'grounding' - esp from a Dr Laura Koniver. All free YT content - & anyone can ground any time.
'Inflammation' is behind almost all of our major diseases - & grounding bears on this problem awesomely.

Amen ❤ I am 38 and pulled my kids from school and homeschool now because schools were set up to create slaves for the 9-5 rat race and it's documented clearly back in the industrial revolution and I fit one am so confused as to why people keep conforming to be controlled manipulated and made to be powerless when in truth we are all gods and goddesses here to create whatever we want through our thoughts words and feelings. I promise if you look at these you will see exactly where you are creating the circumstances you are existing in. And watching and listening to entertainment with negative things causes you to create those negative aspects, it's just the truth period. Use your imagination and start to speak think and feel what you desire in life instead of what you don't want because that creates only what you don't want, the universe doesn't hear the don't want part, just like when I say don't think of a pink elephant, you think of.... A pink elephant🎉

@@shane1067 you are my soul family and you are so loved and the gift you bring this world is so immense. Don't resist your addiction, resistance creates persistence. I offer instead you embrace it for the truth of why it's formed. Our society lives to label addicts as bad people and it's their fault, this is a terrible disservice to our species. The addiction is merely a bandaid or a coping mechanism, however it is usually detrimental to the hosts health and ability to create their best reality due to shame and guilt placed upon them from our toxic judgmental society structures. Addicts are not bad people they are people who had suffered immense childhood trauma, or carry ancestral trauma, and the complex post traumatic disorder from that trauma causes the body to get stuck in a dysregulated nervous system somewhere on the ladder of fight, flight, freeze or faun. This is uncomfortable not to mention highly damaging for our bodies and therefore we turn to addictions of all kinds to ease the pain, drugs are but one of so many addictions and all are just logical responses to the shut down of some major body systems like higher cognitive l
Thinking and digestion, because if you were truly in threat of a tiger eating you back in the cave man days and needed to go into fight, flight, freeze, our bodies knew they didn't want to stop to 💩, and they needed the energy those processes use to fuel heightened blood flow to the legs and arms as well as ramp up heart and adrenaline. It also makes you on edge constantly hyper aware scanning the environment for danger. I have lived in this state all of my life but I'm almost to the light at the end of my healing journey i have faith and knowing in that. You are not alone I am here for you. This is not your fault and nothing needs to be fixed. You are divine and everything is working for your highest good. Just do things to connect with your heart and soul and get out of the mind, it is a tool but I know mine likes to think it's the boss running the show figuring everything out always judging me, it's not our fault it's the system we were raised in and still have to exist in for the current moment however we don't have to give into it and fall victim of its sickness. If you tap into your authentic soul, you will quit needing your "medicine" and it will naturally start to fall from your life I promise you that, until then know you are an amazing man, the world is a better place because you are in it, and you create peace love and joy naturally when you follow what give you excitement lights up your soul and fills your heart, this is what you are meant to create here, society can keep judging, whatever anyone says hateful or from a negative space to hurt others is only a reflection of what they feel and think about themselves and honestly is how they treat themselves internally so just know they are hurting too, smile and say that's an interesting opinion and keep doing you. I believe in you!
