Be nice if he told us what size tools he's using on these different parts.

So, who's responsible to fix a rounded off plug on the front diff due to a "hulk" at the Polaris plant deciding to over tighten the fill plug? Can't check my front fluid now for the 25hr interval.
Went by the local Polaris dealer and sure enough I get the "Oh that's not warranty. You'll have to fix that yourself or else bring it in to us and let us charge you $$ for it."
So let me see if I understand this correctly: if I cannot check the fluid in my front diff and I burn it up, will it then be covered under warranty? Hey, that's how it came from the plant and as usual, the dealer was of no help.

The 2018 Ranger XP 1000 has only one grease point on the prop shaft, this can be accessed through a hole in the bellypan under the machine. There are no grease points on the a-arms, Polaris uses sealed a-arm bushings and recommends lubricating them every 50 hours, 500 miles, or 6 months. For more information, please contact the service department of your local Polaris Dealer.

@@PolarisSnow There are also grease fittings on the sway bar bushings where they attach to the frame. At least there are some on my 2019.

Question. Why is it that I put 600lbs in the bed or tow 1000lbs. With the ranger and the squat is ridiculous? Using the canam defender there was no problem? Please dont tell me to see the dealer. This is supposed to be from factory. Same load and same bed load. I do t think Polaris numbers are correct??

Brian Keenan try turning your shocks up they haven’t replied to you yet why should Polaris even have a you tube channel

From the factory they are usually set to the softest settings. Most aggressive way to stiffen the rear, is to move the upper shock bolts to the outside holes/mounts. (There are inner outer mounts) Also there is a wrench in the tool kit to adjust the preload on the shock springs. Again usually set to the softest.
