Seascape Oil Painting Lesson with just three colours and Titanium white needed.
Bob Ross Oils used:
Alizarin Crimson, Sap Green, Yellow Ochre, Titanium White
Medium: Bob Ross Liquid Clear
as Jason has said many times, he was taught how to paint using Bob Ross's techniques. So before people call him out saying he is a fake and a copy cat, this is how he was taught so this is how he is going to paint. He does copy Ross's style and im glad, because it makes for wonderful art and i like to see that work continue on.
the last time I seen a painting so detailed.... was when a white man with an afro and beard was blessing the canvas. He was one of my favorite artist. You do phenomenal work. keep it up!
Jason you have a gift and thank you for sharing... Because of you and a few others I have now started to paint. Scared at first but now I find I am thinking about it all the time. Looking at trees, sky clouds, wooded areas, water, and waves. I have drawn for years and now am jumping into this. Thanks again.
You're getting better and better all the time. I don't paint, but, like many Americans of my generation, I grew up watching Bob Ross on public television. I still love watching his videos, as I now love watching yours. Keep up the great work!

I have not painted since 1989. But after watching bob Ross and then came across your videos. I now picked up the paint brush again :-) everyone is in awe when they see my paintings lol. Jason is absolutely brilliant. I've never really done painting before, but he is such an inspiration and makes painting look so natural. I've now started painting and enjoy it thoroughly. Thanks Jason.........Respect to your works and teachings.

Is this guy the British successor to Bob Ross O.O like in all seriousness he paints just as beautifully, and his accent and voice give off that ASMR effect. the same kind that Bob Ross did. This painting is amazing and Sepia just works so well and I love the technique of using masking tape to section off the horizon line :D

This is absolutely fantastic. I've been watching every Bob Ross video I can find and yours were suggested.. I will definitely be watching more of yours to learn more techniques. Do you have any tips for acrylics? I don't quite have the money for oils right now. I have tried adding water to thin the paint but it's very hard to get the same blending effects as with oils. Keep up the amazing work!!
