Matshela Koko responds to loadshedding crisis

Fingers have been pointed at those who were managing eskom before and one of them is former acting CEO Matshela Koko who still today denies any wrong doing and refuses to take responsibility. However in his words Koko says Eskom is in trouble. But who got Eskom in this state and why is he claiming to be a hero by saying there was no loadsheding during his tenure and why is it happening now.
