For statistics you can start with this book: Principles of Statistics by MG Bulmer and topics you can focus on: Basic Probability, Descriptive Statistics, Bayesian Statistics, Hypothesis Testing, Linear Regression & Random Variables. Hi Aakash, for entry level data analyst jobs, you don't need any advance mathematics/statistics knowledge but basic knowledge is enough such as mean, median, mode, std, etc. But if you are going for data scientist role then yes, advance statistics is required, like you mentioned some of the topics.
