Hey Mo, I love you content. I have a video suggestions. -> If it is possible, please show how you present a dashboard(i.e. airlines dashboard you created) in a form of ppt slide and also how you present it In front of people. Really struggling with this. Thank you 💝
Before I embarked on my DA journey, I had already started coding with Python. Right now, I'm learning SQL, having Excel in mind as my next Technical tool to master. So it pretty much feels like I'm following the roadmap backwards
Hi i am a beginner to Data analysis but i have a degree in MIS so i am familiar with the tools (SQL,Excel,Python). I have been searching for the best roadmap to start in this field and yours for now is the most simple straightforward / logical way to do it. A lot are recommending Google data analysis certificate but it didn't convince me , should i take the IBM instead ? and do you recommend mastering excel for data science first and then jump into the course ?
Thanks bro, I have a long term of experience in Excel and cleaning data but I am in mass .. no results .. I need to rearrange my experense and do more projects .. Where can I do more real projects. another question: I have a MacBook pro and I installed MS office, the Excel is not support many featured like Power Query and Power Pivot. I notice you use a Mac laptop with windows, How come. Thank you very much.
Thank you for sharing this kind of content. I was thinking of joining a program, but now I am between your ultimate data portfolio project program and the Simplilearn Data Analyst Course program. Which one do you recommend?
They're completely different products at completely different price points. My Ultimate Data Portfolio is what you need to stand out in the data crowd, it's not a course. If you're after a course, then you should obviously go with the course. If you're after building a data portfolio that will land you the interviews, then you should go with the Ultimate Data Portfolio.
You'll want to find the most used functions in your field. I have been in meetings and asked to add something to a dashboard or report on the spot. This could be a stakeholder adjustable field as an example. They may want to make a small change and not want to have to refresh the data each time. Especially when you are pulling in a ton of data for a report. It may seem like even 30 seconds isn't very long. But in some situations it is a lifetime.
Not at all. There are multiple ways to solve the same problem. As long as you can solve the problem, you're all good. But, lookup functions are truly basic functions that are very good to know.
1,066 dollars for a course? i cant even pay in dollars since my country is economically disabled. its tough to learn and get guided through practice problems when you have to do it alone from free sources because thats all you are capable of doing when you are poor as hell

I do most of my cleaning and manipulation in Power Query. I don’t even know much of these lookup functions. Is that a bad thing?
