SOAD has such an extensive catalog of incredible music, Toxicity is a good starting point, growing up with band for the last 20ish years, this band has shaped the way many us of think. They have many albums, all of them are amazing projects that can be explored deeply. They are very experimental musically and there tracks are all over the place. But they are one the best bands to come out of the 90's-2000's. Srej is an incredible vocalist and plays with his notes beautifully. Chop Suey is a great next track, But you might have more fun with Prison Song, Sugar, Holy Mountain, or Question. Honestly the list could go on and on ..... Enjoy the journey.

Dude take your shelled sunflower seeds and toast them up in some oil till they’re just brown, then add some tamari (or soy sauce) & cook until most of the liquid is cooked off. They’re fcking everything, on their own or on a salad. But if you want the actual best seeds, make a sauce of 1 cup soy sauce, 1 knob ginger peeled & minced, 2-4 cloves crushed garlic, 1 tbl of mirin (rice wine vinegar), 1 tbl sesame oil, hot chili sauce to taste, honey or sugar to taste, simmer to get all the flavors in the sauce combined. Let sit till cool then strain into a jar or empty soy sauce bottle. (Most ppl add fish sauce but I don’t eat meat so I don’t use it.) This sauce hooks up everything but used in place of tamari/soy sauce, it’s bussin. I make seeds and nuts with it. Sunflower seeds, cashews, almonds, it’s fcking delicious.

You will love Chop Suey, but there are loads of great songs from them. Too many to list. Lots of political lyrics in a lot of their songs too, if that's your thing. You'd probably also like Korn. Maybe work your way up to Slipknot. For something a bit more complex you could give Tool a go. 😊😊💀💀🖤🖤

The name was supposed to be suicide.. it’s not scary..
Chop suey might sound scary.. but it’s just making a statement about how we judge people differently because of how they die..
Like if a drug addict dies we might think they deserved it. It’s not scary.. it’s a ballad to the angels that people think “deserved to die”.
Unsure if it's confirmed or not but there's a chance that system of a down will be playing in the Las Vegas music festival in spring of next year.
If they are ill be there 100% can't miss a chance to see them live 🤘

@daveeezy184 I looked into it and system of a down is on the list among a ton of others. The festival is called "sick new world" and its may 13th👍
However retail tickets direct off the festival website are sold out, so looks like the only options start around $400ish on secondary sites or around $600+ for hotel packages.

Nah fam you need to check out something like Slipknot "Disasterpiece" and go back to you're friend like bruh you want "scary" check this out. To all my fellow metal heads out there who are reading this yes I am well aware that Slipknot is no were near the level of some other bands that being said "Toxicity" is mellow in comparison.
I could have suggested something along the lines of "Scissors", "Gently", or "Prosthetics" but lets not scare him off of Nu Metal.
