Out of all of Ferrari's models, including the F40, F50 and Testarossa, the 360 Modena is my all time favorite. Styling and performance for a then good price.
These are surprisingly affordable in the used market now. Some of them cost LESS than a new truck from the big three these days. To 99% of the people who see you in this, they think it is a $300K Ferrari that is maybe 5 years old. Definitely a better toy to have than something like a Raptor R or Ram Trex where 99% of the people who see you in those think you put some graphics and wheels on a truck that was well under $100K.
That's only cheap in the US. It's still expensive in other countries around the world due to insane import taxes. The manual ones are way more expensive.
I have no idea how Modena is pronounced but the way John has pronounced the Toyota Cam-Ray over the years, I'm not convinced he's correct about this one.
As a freshman in highschool, this was one of the exotic cars I loved❤ I thought the Modena in yellow was perfect because it was named for Modena Italy and yellow was the city's colour.
@@BRAINFxck10 exaggerated for sarcasm, but, look at prices of 1980s-90’s exotic cars in today’s prices and today’s prices for new cars, ridiculous. Also, if you can afford any Ferrari & the maintenance costs, you surely wouldn’t be worried about the price of buying one.
It's a shame Ferrari no longer lets Pinanfarina design their cars. The new designs lack the classy cohesive lines like this 360. Although Pinanfarina had some bad designs as well but Ferrari still had the final say on building the 612, 365 2+2(400/412).
I felt dirty for wondering if John smelled like leather, Irish Spring soap, with just a hint of single malt Scotch in this review but then he laid down the barebacking an Italian line and now I'm ready to call him my Car Daddy.
Even in 2003 just 2 years later you could get a Cobra for 35k, put on a pulley, tune and some handling kit and have the same performance. Many could argue the Cobra looks cooler too.
John wants to go bareback in the open air with an exotic Italian, whoami to judge?
whomst among us
4:52 apparently he enjoys a little pain in the process too 👀
😊
At least it's not a Tettstarossa!
Bareback? O_O
These are still my favorite Ferrari’s ever made. Need for Speed HP2 made me fall in love with these cars
Agreed
The 360 aged really well
Agreed.
I really liked this car when I was a kid, and as an adult, still do! This particular model feels like a timeless design.
So glad I have this (as a 1 to 18 scale diecast vehicle)
😎
When Ferrari was King.
I once had a dream driving this car on the Nernenburg Track In Germany
More than you can afford pal, Ferrari.
2024: something you can definitely can afford considering the prices of a Supra are insane now pal, Ferrari
Roar, roar, roar
That ws the f355 in that race

Rear looks like F50
My favorite as well!
This is the last desirable Ferrari in my opinion. Roadable without looking and feeling like an F1 car
I love these, with the manual.
back when ferrari simply made beautiful cars
4.1 in 2001. Hauling ass
Especially with a sequential gearbox which were notoriously bad and difficult to get out of the whole in a hurry

It definitely looks mkre than 5 years old but I get your sentiment. Great design.

These older Ferraris are beautiful! 🙂
Always loved that body style, still looks great today.
I pronounce it Moe-day-nah
In true redneck fashion 😂

This car is still shining in my memory, I was just a child then.
I owned one some time ago.
A Revell 1/24 scale model kit I built back in 2017. Was well put together too.
The rear window is "easily replaced" for the low price of $10,000
This has been my dream car since it launched (though absolutely with the gated manual transmission, that doesn't murder the clutch)
I can’t believe these 2000s sports cars were actually considered cool looking. Even I thought they were cool
You gotta have a red one baby!!
“So let’s FIRE it up and see how much fun driving can be when you go BARE BACK in the open air on a prancing horse”
NASTY WORK JOHN
Iconic!!!!
Thanks John!
Jhon davis is da man!! Now this is motorweek!!
More beautiful and elegant than something like F80
1 of the cars I wanted to own when I was 19
I loved this car growing up
And I saw one listed for $150,000....with 6k miles on the odometer ....talking about retaining your values here...😊
It's been 23 years already??
I say moe-dane-uh
The 360 was finally when Ferrari entered the modern era.
I have one and it's a pretty rough ride but I do still get looks.
A sports car under 3,000lbs, when is the last time you could say that?
Here's the new C8 Corvette.
2015 - Ferrari Moderna $60,000
2024 - Ferrari Moderna $729,000
2015 - Honda Pilot $29,000
2024 - Honda Pilot $60,000
The good ‘ol days…
That makes no sense you can still find Modenas for around $60k
$729,000? So you're comparing an entry level Ferrari to the top dog SF90? Why?

Cool Car Man Is That Ferrari. by the way, this was used in the credits of motorweek from seasons 22 to 26.
This is a Ferrari that screams!
Vette please
When Ferraris looked great

2024 mk4 supra 120k "more then you can afford pall"
😂😂BMW
So how is it on snow and ice?

Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2
Let us know what it did on the skidpad
Had me in love until he said paddles.
A 3-pedal manual is probably 50% more money.
Why is this car just as gast with 395 and 275,as cars with 1000 horse power and 800 # feet of torque? Anyone got that answer?
sweet
this car is bouncy
One of the best cars in GTA 4
❤ Toyota GR ♥️
My mom had one, gas mileage sucks! There is only two seats no room and too wide. She traded it for a Camry such a better car!
Your mom used to to be cool!
Not much fast now days lol

... no, this is still fast. Just gotta get off the internet.
12.2 in the quarter mile is still fairly fast. It can keep up with a new mustang GT. The 360 came out in 1999.
I always wondered what super-donor requested these super/hyper cars to be road tested. As if the 99% give a damn.
Thought it was ugly when it first came out...
23 years later I still think it's ugly. But oh well.
