    Marketing 101:
    Creating an imaginary problem and solving it

    • @tazverr
      @tazverr Рік тому +63

      It's not imaginary though, less can be more for some people as they might be mostly allergic/sensitive maybe a side of fear for those who are not which is the big case why people want alternative products. Everyone is different and of course every company wants produce in a cheap way to make more money and using cheap oils, flavors. However what's depressing is the healthier alternatives are expensive, and there's no reason for it to be. These could be cheaper, however not many will buy it because of bland tasting. Maybe this guy specifically uses quality tasty flavors and processing so his pricing is justified. But that's usually the case, things marked up as "healthy" get a free excuse to mark it up as expensive. It's not hard to think about.

    Maltodextrin is often in whey protein powder which is twice a high as sugar on the glycemic index. I was at the store the other day and for the first time read labels before purchasing food. I was shocked that food like milk and butter have "natural flavoring" or preservatives. Even pie crust and whipped cream has maltodextrin. I'd rather make my own without the crap. 🧐, these ingredients in present in other products from other countries. And yes, preservatives are pretty common amongst a lot of "dry foods" since they have to maintain healthy (non-spoiled) conditions for extended periods of time. @@thedigitalodometer945 yup, apparently most brand shave heavy metals in them. Just don’t have protein powder too often and find a good and trusted company of protein powder, and always check the labels and ingredients.

      @@Mizuamv and all of those are trash compared to higher quality options. I don’t want to repeat myself like I am selling a brand pitch over here but if you want to find out the highest quality protein powders look for the ones that are not sweetened and that are unflavored any company that throws a bunch of flavors in their product is sketchy and I want nothing to do with them.
      The unflavored proteins are not only much higher quality also much better price and much healthier. I don’t want my protein shake to taste like I’m eating an apple pie or something. I just want to drink it down like water and get over with it already…
