dinani dinanie cameron boyce, he’s the one who’s dancing with the woman in the apartment. he was an actor and dancer and he died just last month at 20. he was on disney channel. he did jessie, gamer’s guide, and the descendants trilogy. he was also in grown ups as a little kid as adam sandler and selma hayek’s son. he has a few projects coming out later but those are posthumous releases. he was a huge part of a lot of people’s childhood’s.

Ive had epilepsy for five years and due to the president and his stupid new laws I’ve gone five years without my medication. Constantly hiding my condition from employers and friends because in highschool I wouldn’t be allowed to take in school trips and etc. Because I’m too much of a “liability”. And Cameron’s death was very shocking and close to home. I’m so glad he showed the world what people with epilepsy can do with their condition. EVERYTIME i hear about him my heart hurts. The epilepsy community really needed someone like him. May he Rest In Peace.
What new laws do you think the president is responsible for that has resulted in you not having your medications? I only ask because the president does not make any new laws, that is the responsibility of Congress.

Hozier knows how to incorporate and quote/cite the classics in his songs. The way this song is stacked with song titles but Iit never sounds like they've been clumsily added on. The lyrics make perfect sense, the song is gorgeous, and if you get the references, that only compounds the emotional weight of it.

I don't think it's something to just "complain" about or for attention. I'm a generation too old for Cameron's entertainment. So, I've watched him in the first season of Jessie and Grown Ups.
It just hits a nerve for people when someone young and talented (seriously look up him singing Ordinary People) gets taken away. And it almost sucks that it wasn't drug related, because with drugs you're playing with fire, but this was beyond his control.
At 28, when I look at pictures from his instagram or from his friend's pages, it hurts my heart. 20 is such a fun part of life. Probably the best part of it.. you're young, carefree, happy.
He had photos of moving into his first apartment or going to the beach. He got robbed of that and forever changed the life path of the other 20-year-olds he was close with that are now mourning.
I'm not emotional and I keep breaking down crying over this when I see someone post a tribute. It's just an awful thing to see happen to someone that still had a lot to offer the world.
Rest in peace Cameron, you'll forever be loved.

Damn, I wasn't expecting to see Cam here. Feels like a punch in the gut. I can't imagine what his family feels when they see him on TV. Hopefully happiness that he had such a positive and lasting impact at such a young age.

This song makes me think of my mother and daughter. When my mother passed as my daughter grew older she took on alot of my mother’s character traits from her attitude to her laugh and even the way she talks… this song sounds like the conversation we would have about my daughter and how she so much like my mother 😢😢😢

My interpretation is that he is Singing this to his past lover , and talking about how things from before remind him of her , and how she has , in essence , carried herself into his new relationship. Like when he's saying , " she's almost you " or " she laughs like you " , or when he's thinking of those things while in bed at night and she turns to ask if he's alright. I think he's talking about moving on while still trying to let go of the pieces, the image , the mannerisms of her that have been etched into his mind. " She " is *almost* "you" because she will never be exactly what his ex lover was , but she is enough , because as he says - he is almost himself again after losing the love he had before . That's just how it feels for me.
