The first one was creepier and more disgusting for me than the 2nd one.
But the second one for me personally was way scarier but that is mostly because of the manequins.
Same I have 1 and 2 this one looks promising
Not only scarier, the second one has more storyline, and it takes longer to complete. I hate the mannequins.

The second one had this more icy feeling if being vulnerable in a place that should be familiar being creepy and ruined. The maw is such an alien place that it feels incredibly off-putting. It is a giant sea vessel, and everything there is just WRONG. The kitchen and onwards make sense in their purpose of serving the vanity of the lady, but the lair, prison, and ESPECIALLY depths are just so baffling as to why they exist. Why are the depths THERE? Why are they flooded? Why is a scary sea hag down there?!?!?!

they shouldve just called this something else. it wouldve been loved in its own way. its still got some of the charm, but it doesnt feel anything like the first two games.

2:12 wait, I just realized something. These stone statues remind me of in the first game when you have to avoid the eye so that it doesn’t turn you into stone. What if the giant baby thing is connected to that eye? Or even the Maw itself?
The eye is also over some doors in the city part of this game. Definitely connected.
it's not a good sign when you can tell a sequel has been made by a different studio before even reading it's being made by a different studio... the character and level designs just aren't hitting.
For real. And there’s so much else wrong with it, like the girl being able to run and jump with a heavy ass wrench on her back, the physics-defying umbrellas made of fucking feathers, and the co-op gameplay that breaks the feeling of solitude. My favorite video game franchise is over 😿
Tbh I‘m really happy that they didn’t continue with mono and six cos Tasier did an outstanding job producing the first two games. And I dont think other ppl could make it that well and enticing

I replayed the second one probably over 10 times and got every single achievement on it, I really liked it. I only have one I didn’t do on the first game, and yeah, I agree, it is easy because it’s not really meant to be about fighting, it’s just about horror in general.

PLEASE WE WANT A LOCAL CO-OP MODE WITH A SPILT SCREEN THIS IS A SIMPLE MULTIPLAYER OPTION like for the creator to see
I think the same, they say that that would take away the tension, but I think it doesn't matter, they have to think about all audiences and their different tastes, there will be people who like online but there are people who would love to play with a family member or a friend to this game, and simply excluding these people seems to me the least appropriate when it comes to selling a game, come on man, just add the local option without making it mandatory to use that mode

Honestly in my opinion co-op would kinda ruin the LN game experience just because when your going alone you get all of the experience, music, and story. Also i miss the colors of the game where it was night and it was a purple, blue, pink, greenish, and dark tint. And also i hope that they will connect this story to LN 1 and 2 story because whats the point of 3 if not just saying. It doesn't feel the same
ofc it won’t feel the same, it’s a new game with new characters! in terms of the co-op mode, you can play alone. think about how everyone thought LN 2 was completely new and going to ruin the franchise, and then it worked out amazing? i think a similar situation will occur here. The colours are good, and there are many new areas, some with the same horrific blue and purple eeriness we all love! i know the big change is scary, or a lot of trust to put into the creators, but i think it’ll be alright. and even if it isn’t that’s okay! not every game will fit everyone’s taste :-D
If you’re worried about the co-op, they’re probably going to add a way to play in singleplayer, which will make it like LN 2.

Just my opinion...but they costumes seem too goofy for how serious this series is...like I get it they children and children do child-like things...but I really hope they don't flop with this game, because this game has the potential to mess the whole series up if it's not good: 1 for how long we've been waitin, and 2 for how dark and gritty the series is as a whole...from their outfits to how non-threatenin the environment looks, all the way to how playful and non intimidatin the giant baby looks, iono fam...I'ma give it a shot because I'm beyond a fan of the whole LN series...I understand it's a demo people, I get it I really do...but I'm tellin y'all, and I'm sure heavy fans can see where I'm comin from when I say this...the vibe, the costumes, the enemy, the whole aesthetic, LOOKS like Little Nightmares, but it doesn't FEEL like Little Nightmares 💯...I could be trippin though, let me know with some feedback...I'm not always right on things...
what about the bright yellow raincoat six used? or about the hats mono can wear? they look kinda goofy too

The costumes aren’t really goofy imo. We have characters like the ghost kid who literally wears a sheet over themselves. According to the podcast it seems as though when the kids sleep they get transported to the nowhere. Meaning they appear there with whatever they have on when they went to sleep. Items are also found throughout the environment they appear in so it’s not really, goofy.
I get what you're saying, I'm still giving them the benefit of the doubt, but you can really tell that Tarsier Studious is no longer working on this game. Just from what I've seen, it feels a little more derivative of other games in a similar genre with the post-apocalyptic setting and kinda generic porcelain baby monster. Tarsier was really good at taking somewhat familiar places and twisting them into how a child sees the world, this isn't striking in that same way.
@@birdflox1337 completely wasn't aware that a different studio made this from the previous ones, that make sense lookin at the demo...but again, obviously we all fans here and is gon buy the game regardless...I just hope it live up to 1 and 2...

Idk how to explain it, but from what I've seen so far, this entire game kind of got the vibes of a machinima series. Made with in-engine mods, using original characters "do not steal."

This game doesn't feel like a Little Nightmares game, the gameplay is the same but that's all. It's too bright, the fact that you can do coop or you have weapons on you just break the whole thing. I know Mono had a hammer at some point in the story to hit the bullies but he didn't keep it with him for the whole story that's what I'm saying.
Also some design look very inspired by the movie 9 by Shane Acker, one of the kid having 6's hair and 7's hat as a mask, and the monster having a flashlight like the catbeast to spot the stitchpunks/children (I love this movie but it just doesn't give LN vibes anymore).
I don't really get why the monster have to be a giant baby doll thingy, all the monsters from the previous 2 LN were adults because they represented childhood fears (like going to the doctor or to class can be scary) and LN3 feels more like a lore breaker than anything else.
I'm kind of disappointed by this game but I know that's only an alpha demo so maybe the final game will be better than this. But I still believe this game should have been its own thing and not LN3, just a game with a similar gameplay as the Little Nighmares franchise without being a Little Nightmares, you know what I mean?

I honestly hope this one isn't to easy or too short because the second game was way to short , so Im hoping for a bigger LN game with more puzzles and more challenging them the past 2 games.
The second game was longer than the first, they improve in every aspect. I completed the first game in 46 minutes on the Nintendo switch, it's really short but great.

the game is very good. The graphics have improved significantly, the locations are amazing. But...I miss Mono and Six. The new characters are nice, but the old ones are much better (to me). I hope that in the new nightmares... there will be small references to part 2 of Little Nightmares

It reminds me a lot of the location from Rayman origins: the desert. singing such elements. destroyed locations-flying on streams of hot air. I love it so much, I really love little nightmares. and then there's the atmosphere of an old game of my favorite game. Everything I love has come together. I'm really looking forward to the release of this game when I can finally download it and start playing.❤❤❤❤❤
Reiman eugen Reiman Legend games are games about the world of dreams, and there are also bright dreams and nightmares. therefore, even in theory, the games are somewhat similar. It is as if they are talking about the same places only in different languages and different pictures. as if these are 2 different people who talk about their perception, 1 has a more colorful and iridescent one, like little child, and the other has a darker and gloomy one.

Ion like how you have like a bunch of stuff cuz in the other games it was lonely with nothing but a lighter but in this game you have like a bow and a lighter so it feels like more of an apocalypes game instead of a horror.
