Michelle, thank you for your unashamed honesty. Most people do not understand this. Right now I'm soooo burned-out. I have been a RN in the cathlab. I thought changing my type of nursing would help, but I feel worse. I just feel like a quiter. Get better. I respect you. You are bad ass.

Michelle. Thank you for sharing your pain. I am an introvert my whole life. I never received the praise, acknowledgement or drive that I required from my family or friends. I was a child that was born later in my parents life. I needed to empower and forge my own life. I have tried to empower myself throughout my life, but I fail quite often. I get drained very easily and also can be energized very easily. Spent most of my life trying to understand this. I am 48. Still working on it. Don't give up! Appreciate every moment you live because it's another minute you can change and be a better person. You are stronger than you know because you have a fierceness and fire that can't be extinguished! It can be a little flame or a bonfire! Be true to yourself. Take care of yourself!! Blessed Be! Remember the Wican Creed! Do what thou wilt and it harm none! Every emotion you put out returns 3 fold. Both Negative and Positive!

I get it. I've been teaching martial arts for almost 20 years. I was burnt out too. Thanks to your videos, I started a light saber camp. And this year I'm doing leather crafting.

A great white shark requires constant forward momentum in order for the gills to filter oxygen. If it can't go forward, it'll die.
The ability to stop is not one to be easily dismissed. I welcome your continued existence. Thank you for taking care of yourself. o7

So comforting and heartbreaking at the same time how you find the most perfect words to describe this! When you come to this point where even doing what you deeply love seems to burn up your life energy and everybody just screams for more and tells you not to be "weak", there's no way to feel more lost and broken 😢 Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts, been a fan of your staff spinning videos for years, but also really love this new way you're on. Keep going ❤

Honestly when I was younger I didn't believe in burnout... until it happened to me. I was helping my grandmother when she got cancer Unfortunately... she passed then helped my grand father move from his house to the town house, helped my parents move. Next thing, I was diagnosed with Bipolar depression trying handle my depression episodes while helping everyone in my family and trying to prove to myself and everyone my self worth while seeking employment. The feeling of burnout was terrible! Im glad you made it through. I know what that exhaustion and constant pressure feels like. Hope you recovered. I'm not asking for attention, but the burnout I felt caused nausea and stomach cramps when you said you felt numb I and no drive I can relate.

Fur babies can tell when you are distressed. Recognizing you are burned out is as important as a great scene shot, knowing your limits. When it is too much and backing off before you snap is hard to do professionally. My wife had a breakdown from work. My wife recognized I was on the verge of snapping like a twig before she freed me. Burnout is as dangerous as an injury. It can cripple you and bench you as easily as a broken leg.

Hi there Michelle! I guess I'm a few months late, but I just stumbled on this video after following you for a couple of weeks and wow ... thanks for sharing this very personal story with your followers and friends. I myself went through similar situations not only once but several times in my life. Right now I'm so down again but what actually helps me a lot is watch your staff spinning or lightsaber stuff and go out and try to imitate your moves. it's like sort of calming down and meditate and it somehow helps me to get through the days.
not only are you a bad ass, you are also an inspiration. and though it seems to somehow be an unwritten law not to talk about mental issues you do show strength by doing the opposite: you openly talk about this issue; too few do the same
Greetings and best wishes from a senior follower (60+) from germany.

Thank you for sharing your feelings so openly Michelle, please know you’re truly loved and that you’re not alone 🙏💯 So much of this deeply resonated with me, I’ve been going through an intense burnout myself as an aspiring concept artist where for the first time ever I’ve had to slow down and truly look after myself, to reassess what I truly want and need today, to reconnect with the passion I lost in my pursuit of progress and most importantly to reignite my spark ⭐️ Listen to your heart, take things at your own pace and I know you’ll find your way.
Wishing you the very best, take care! 😊

I hope you find somebody to help you. Almost sounds like depression. That is serious. Wishing all the best and you find a way out of troubles. I am mentally ill since I am 19 and I know depression.

Hoping for the best for you! Your work that I've gotten to see is so great. Your story of pain really resonated with me. I worked retail (7years) and got to a bad place and knew I had to stop and that somehow it was killing me.. I was fortunately able to get away and am still rebuilding 7 years later. Still have retail nightmares. im 33. Neways looking forward to more of your content, whatever it may be, because you have such a skill in explaining things and getting information and data into an understandable form. I learned the lightsaber hilt roll around the thumb flip from your stuff! Thank you, guess its really in my brain cus i just did it over my keyboard no problem. :D See ya around.

I learned the “double obi/ani” from your vids and a few other skills. Your talents are appreciated and know that when you reach out to the universe it will reach back. Not to sound too new agey, but do believe that the world lifts up those to give them a chance so long as that person keeps reaching. We help because that’s what we all want. To be given a chance to prove ourselves to be greater than what the naysayers think of us.
Be strong. Be kind to yourself. Be the bad ass you are!

Hi Michelle, been watching you for years, you're very talented! The #1 success blocker is called an "I'm not good enough" block in your subconscious. I highly recommend watching some Abraham Hicks videos to quickly overcome this and optimize your manifesting skills. The only true way to become the best version of yourself is to understand the manifesting process. Do this one thing for yourself and I promise you'll get everything you desire. Many blessings blessings to you and thank you for sharing!😊

The business always asks for more, but there is a problem of decreasing return … Some movies got oversaturated with stunts and violence so that it doesn’t have any sense more. … On the other hand learning moves with your body and stick feels enabling and liberating, and in proper setting also harmonizing.

Burnouts can be simple issues to solve. They can be sometimes very complicated too. If I felt badly burnout, I would try to break down my problem in smaller separate problems, much easier to identify and solve. Investigative areas: clinical, psychological and mechanical. Mechanical, the easiest to identify and fix: if physically overloaded, slow down and have the sleep that you need. Athletes must sleep and rest well. Clinical: someone can believe to be healthy. Reality can be different. A number of tiny pathogens and dysmetabolisms -easily treatable when understood- can go undetected for many years and affect vitality and emotions. In my country of origin, we say that " a good day starts from a good morning". I make sure that water is real water, food is real food, food is right type for my genes and I do not have latent infections or inflammation in any part of my body. UV exposure is very important: how good is doing something outdoor, under sunlight. IR exposure is important too: a chat about everything and nothing in a steam bath followed by sauna and shower are all beneficial and liberatory. Once our biological machine works well the important is our mind health: what we believe...and ....hai, hai, hai..... human minds are so complicated and sometimes so irrational!
Let's try not to put ourselves too down or too up. Let's verify if our perceptions about our surrounding environment are correct and we are not over/under responsive. Feeling the unknown is torturous. However, being patient in any situation is very important. Someone must always remember their past to do their best in their present to build their best future; then, after that the future has become the present, eventually correct, improve and consolidate.
Do not be worried...everyone between 40 and 50 goes through one difficult moment for some reasons. The most of people recover. Differently from people, who have poor ability to look into themselves, you seem on the right way to take full control of your burnout. Keep on exploring. You seem set to have a brilliant career, eventually also as an actress. However, whatever makes someone happy is the important thing. The skills are already there and most likely in excess. You just need only a bit of luck. Best of luck!

Hey Michelle! That's Hollywood, months hoping someone needs to punch you and toss you out a window, then after it finally happens and you need to recover, someone calls with another job. You:"I'd love to but I'm black & blue!" Them:"S'okay! We have a big make-up budge. Get here now, we needed you yesterday!" You:"🥺" I am sooo glad that you got to a place where you could just say, "Time to pause." (It's tougher than it seems.) And mad props to Aussie for giving you some love when your mood changed!💕

Sorry to hear that, Michelle. I can relate as medical dispatcher. Every day at work is just a plain pain for me. Not because the job is dramatic, hard, traumatizing... but because I'm doing this for so many years that I just don't feel anything anymore other than being drained to the bones.

  • @bluebomber81

Hmm, 2021 is when my body kinda shit the bed. Fight or flight became my casual state, increased tension, cramping, etc., and then other issues that also seem tension-based. All kinds of daily discomfort, oh joy.
Started right after I got vaxxed. Just weird, like I've always had issues, but seems like from then on out every part of that is amplified.
And I'm fine with maybe thinking that's related, not trying to be an anti, but because the subject became the ridiculous political hotbed that it did we're not gonna get facts on that for years.
Definitely in a spot I don't even a have the choice to push through it. It's kicking my whole ass, whatever this is.
You've surely earned it and are good enough to go easy on yourself, but even if you weren't, you still should. It doesn't even feel safe to try and take on a lot with all of this. 😮‍💨

Burnout? That's bearing the weight of over 70 husbands and fathers that you've taken out of the world and still being expected to walk around for up to two days at a time ready to bring more to an end for less than minimum wage. Having to wear the blood of a man you call brother in your hair and in the fibers of your clothing for half a week just to watch it wash down the drain of an ice cold shower. That's the kind of burnout that doesn't leave after 17 years and two daughters fully grown from infants to women finding their own place in a world you fought to prevent but have to watch repeat itself. Yeah, let's talk about burnout.
