Wish i had watched this video during my 2 weeks of prodrimal labor 😫 🙏 I was denied the epidural bc the young dr didn't think I was in true labor. It was such an awful awful experience.. Maybe you can reenact a part of your birth that you thought you would have enjoyed but didn’t get to. The exaggerated left sidelying is 30min then switch sides if you repeat. The deep squat rocking is 10 rocks in a row then rest in a kneeling position and then repeat that for 3 sets. Ball side lunging is lunge in and out for 5-6 contractions with one leg then switch legs back and forth for 30min total.
