This place is so beautiful. This is the kind of place I want to explore. The landscape of the town is very unique. Enjoy your travel in Turkey!!
Merhabe. Going very soon can not wait. Thank you for video as I prepare.
thanks for watching! I loved it!!
I was in Turkey back in 2009 and I absolutely loved it. Spent a lot of time in Istanbul both on the European and Asian side. Went to Izmir and visited Ephesus. Never made it to Cappadocia but your video made me realize what I missed from that trip! That will be on my bucket list the next time I visit Turkiye.
Yes you can’t miss this town! And I missed Izmir, so I’ll have to come back as well!
Man, I am so jealous. I would give anything to have a cup of Turkish coffee while in Turkey. You live an incredible life.
I’m grateful for the ability to travel! Yes, Turkish coffee and Turkish food was amazing!
WOW, THAT OPENING IS COOL AS HECK !! THATS A LOT of work to make a home
Merhaba Jonathan! I love cappadocia and Turkey in general but never been there. Thanks for sharing this video. Tessekuler or çok sagol!
Merhaba! Oh it’s amazing! You should go if you can!

I like that you showed different places in Cappadocia. It gave more of a feel of what it's like there.
Wow amazing to be here in Cappadocia. Thanks for your video and your tips. The horseback riding today was amazing... No words!!! ❤

Always a joy to watch your positive interaction with the world around you
What a cool cool place! Thank you for taking us there even through your camera 😁🤗❤️. Hoping to see more of your journey before you go back to the Philippines 😊.
Thank you for watching! I have enough footage for several more Türkiye videos! They may not come out next, but within the next month or so I’ll keep posting them! The hot air balloon, ATV tour, Turkish bath, Istanbul, all were recorded! Thank you for watching!
That place is incredible,
It really is!
Adding this to the list of places that seems surreal. )
It is!
Your channel is really great and I have a feeling your channel is going to grow. 🙂✌️
Thank you so much!
That food looks incredible! 👍very hot but delicious 👍looks like a great place to visit.
The caves and buildings in the rocks should be on everyone's bucket list.
I had no idea the food was going to be this good here! Everything about this country exceeded my expectations!
Loved your video Jonathan! Did you book your tours with Reputation Travel and which ones did you end up doing and would you recommend them?
Thank you! You definitely have to do a hot air balloon flight there! I did the hot air balloon tour and then the ATV tour. Honestly, I was a bit disappointed with where our balloon was. Other balloons were flying through the town and near the town, which is what I thought we would do, ours was flying far outside of the town for some reason. The tour company “Reputation” doesn’t fly the balloons, but they handle the bookings, and a different balloon company flies the balloons. I personally wanted to be in one of the balloons closer to the town, so if you can ask around and find out which companies do that, that’s what I would do next time if I went back. I liked all of the staff at Reputation a lot! But the location of our balloon was the only downside. It was still incredible though! You have to do that if you go. The ATV tour was great as well! It’s good to be able to explore the area, it has such beautiful and unique landscapes
Thanks for your advice it means a lot and helped me realize that I need to give Cappadocia more time.- since we will be coming from a road trip of Croatia. I will be pressed for time 2 nights 1.5 days would not be enough to give it justice. So will spend the 4 days in Istanbul and save Cappadocia for next time!
I was there a month ago and Cappadocia was better when it comes to people are very nice. Best way is to walk around but need a car too. Caves are incredible and love the decorations
Thank you bro for this. It's like I'm there also. Nice country and places views the people.
Thank you for watching!!
That hotel room you got is uniquely made. Superb tour. I love the baklava
Thank you! Yes, I think I’m gaining some weight here because of the baklava 😂 so good
@Travel Escapes my pleasure. You still looked fit. Have you tried their kunafa? It's yummy too but very fattening
Beautiful place like a post card. Enjoy your vacation. Amping dinha. God bless you. Thanks.
Thank you!! Amping!!
Have a wonderful trip Enjoy🥰😍❤🤩
All this also on my bucketlist! I envy you!
It definitely should be on the list! Such a unique place
Different planet? Awesome!
You’re eating your ice cream Jonathan you make me slobber enjoy and have fun in turkey. Stay safe.
Hahah, sorry about that! Thank you I will!
Thats a very nice place! Enjoy the trip Jonathan!
Thank you I will!
Interesting cave hotel plus the interiors as well. I hope you could give us a bit of history of the places you visit and what they are famous for. Thanks much J for sharing with us your travel. I'm seeing the world in another level.
Hi Jonathan , what a beautiful and interesting place to explore. That first hotel where you filmed I hope they had a good heating system as without it those stone walled rooms would be cold. Really enjoyed seeing the area from above with the drone. When you return to the Philippines after being in Turkey, you will probably be in shock with it being so different.
It was actually a little too warm! The floor was heated and the heat was trapped in the cave 😂 thank you for watching, Ben!
Turkiye is very historical. It's a wonderful country. The weather is nice😊
I’ve loved my week here! I’m looking forward to doing the caves tours with a guide to hear about the history!
Wow i want to go there too ..what was the second hotel with the view please.
OMG… so nice to experience to that cave hotel … my bucket list
Yes, it should be on your list!
@@travelescapesOFFICIAL someday sir
Wow beautiful, we are booked for next month to Turkey during the holly week. Is that far from Istanbul? Because our hotel is in Istanbul
Yes, this is very far.. maybe a 12 or 13 hour drive, or you can fly to Nevsehir. Istanbul is an amazing city though if you stay there!
Oh I see, thank you for replying, take care and be safe
Hi Jonathan, wow awesome view, very unique. Enjoy your stay there. Ayo-ayo, amping 💕
Hi Socorro! Thank you for watching! Ayo ayo amping! I’ll be back in Philippines in a couple weeks!
Turkish food is one of the best foods here in the middle east. They have quite an influence in the middle east cuisine.
It was reallllllly good! I didn’t know it would be that good!
My heart is just used to seeing green, blue, turquoise, teal. Levitating....
I think that’s one thing that’s so unique about it.. we’re not used to seeing something like that without any color.. but I thought it was incredible landscapes!
Beautiful, my kind of place!
Mine too!
I would love to visit Cappadocia more than any other countries
It’s without a doubt one of my favorite places I’ve ever visited! I love the country in general!
Hi Jonathan! The cave hotel and city looks awesome! I've seen pictures of cave hotels, didn't know they had them in Turkey. I've heard of Cappadocia but never knew anything about it. I didn't learn about Turkey from my childhood friend's mom, just seen the things in their house. I've had Greek baklava from someone I know who makes it, never from Turkey.
Thank you for watching! The cave hotel was awesome! I’ve actually never had Greek Baklava but I’m sure it’s great as well!
Yes! Greek baklava tastes very good
Kocaman hayır... Yanlış bilgi. .. Baklava Türkiyenindir
Amazing 😮
It is!!
What an awesome place! I need to visit. My last name translates to Caves! 😂
Oh yeah it does, haha.. the caves are calling you then!
Pwede
Not used to not seeing greeneries. Here in US when it's fall I get the seasonal depression knowing that plants are slowly dying of cold.
So amazing Istanbul. This is my 2nd watching this video
Thank you for watching! Yes, I loved Istanbul!
I just ordered a box (50 pcs) of STICK ESSPRESSO... I drink my coffee like you... (like my first wife) COLD BLACK AND BITTER
Baklava is really good. I tried it when I was in Dubai.
It is really good! I had never tried it before coming here
Welcome to Turkey! If you're around the Izmir area and want to meet up let me know, I'm a 28 year old American who has been living in Aydin for over a year now
Thank you! Unfortunately I won’t be able to make it to Izmir on this trip, but I will on the next one!
Great place, glad you went there outside of Instagram-season. ;-)
Hahah.. It’s probably quite different in summer
Looks like a interesting place to visit.
Very unique!
Turkish coffee is the best !!
I was there in 2017. Balloon ride, private room in basket 100 usd 🙂
Are you going to Pamukkale to visit the Cleopatra's Pool?
Great place to see too, better in summertime but QUITE the experience 👍
Very interesting place
It really is!
20:42 while you were in S Korea... my Channel (Flip and the Blue Mule) stickers are at every street crossing... My brother put my stickers all over S. Korea
Awesome 👏
Wow
wow ! !
I'm jealous I wish I could travel too. Keep safe brother.
Wooow nice hotel room hahaha awesome!
It is!
Take good care always✌️🇵🇭
Thank you!! You too!
Those are very “Cool” digs
Back on top!!! 🎉🎉🎉
🥳
Enjoy Jonathan!
Thank you for watching!
Wow!!!
Wow, so many postcards. A dying item in the Philippines.
So is it goat's milk that makes ice cream Turkish? I hope you have a clip of going back to that ice cream seller in your next video :P
That’s true, I don’t know if I’ve seen postcards in the Philippines now that I think of it.. they may have been in some shops in El Nido. His ice cream was delicious!
@@travelescapesOFFICIAL there used to be racks of postcards at every bookstore, esp. National Bookstore which printed out their own. i think ever since email took over they've just disappeared.
Hi, did you have any issues traveling and flying your drone in Cappadocia? Are foreign nationals allowed to bring and fly drones that weigh less than 500 grams (DJI Minis) in Turkey without any registrations and licenses?
You’re welcome ( rica ederim)
Was this video created before the huge earthquake?
What do you think about cleanliness in turkey...? Like the street, transport compare to european country..?
When i was in Japan, i often eat ice cream even in Winter lol.
Room with a view. 😊
Yep!
Nice views! Amping and ayu2x!
Amping!!
Perfect video 🎉
Thank you!!
I hope turkiye can recover fast from the earthquake.
🙏
10:40 what a good guy!
22:30 its cute when people are shy to be on camera
He was!
It’s fairly common for people to ask not to be on camera actually!
how that place is different !
When was this filmed? before February 6 earthquake ? or after?
This was last week, after the earthquakes
@@travelescapesOFFICIAL , noted tnks. Ambiance might still be gloomy out there in Turkey , although capaccodia is quite far from earthquake devastated area ( gianzatep / southeast) . Still praying for them.
* it so happen I followed Tread the globe vlog during lockdowns and they were stranded for 2 years . Then , the surroundings is lively.
Mysterious and Mind Boggling Underground Cave Dwellings Built By Ancient Civilizations.
So interesting!!
So pretty!!!!!
It is!!
Wow! Is that a hotel?
Yeah! Some of the hotels here are in the mountains!
Were you in the Turkey when the quake happened?
No, I wasn’t here when the big earthquakes happened, but we felt a tremor today actually
@@travelescapesOFFICIAL oh okay. Is that place far from the epicenter where buildings collapsed?
Wow!!! First🎉🎉🎉🎉🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
Niiiiice! Welcome back on top!
Just send me a pm if you will visit mindoro 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
♥️♥️♥️
Thank you for watching!
That place is unreal.
Where are all the people though?
It is! The earthquakes might have deterred tourism for the time being I imagine. 🙏
@@travelescapesOFFICIAL No, I mean the people who live there, where are they?
The town looks nearly deserted.
That place is terrific, I never thought Cappadocia looks that way. I have heard about Cappadocia only in the Biblical verses. Just wondering how they installed lights and plumbing in your hotel. Is this video before the massive earthquake? How do you travel around the city? Are there taxis, Uber, buses, etc.?
I’ve just walked around actually.. and the tour company picked us up for the excursions. The plumbing and electrical fixtures may have been a bit of a challenge, haha
Show me the big cats and dogs!!
😂 I actually turn the camera to them every time I see them in Istanbul! I’ll see if I can somehow fit the cats into a video in the future! Haha
😂 I actually turn the camera to them every time I see them in Istanbul! I’ll see if I can somehow fit the cats into a video in the future! Haha
You are not far from the epicenter of the earthquake in Turkish Syrian border. That could possibly affected the tourism this past month. Death toll is very high. Be safe and have fun.
I do think that has affected tourism. I almost canceled my trip actually. Thank you for watching!
Chinese ice cream... hahahahaha
youre like a little fish, everyone is feeding you and taking your money 😭😅😅 but nevertheless excellent video and very helpful. thanks a lot!
😂 I don't say yes like this in crowded areas with mass tourism or if the locals are more aggressive, but there were very few tourists, they needed business, and I wanted to try local food anyway. Thanks for watching!
How can you be in Turkey when you said you have been living in the Philippines for 6 months?
I took a trip to Turkey, but I live in the Philippines
Baklava is 3 syllables. Almost like 3 words. Bak....La ......Va. You are saying it in two. Bak...Lava.
Best place to rif and sing karaoke anyone?
𝙷𝚒 𝙹𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚗 ❤️🇵🇭
Hiii Lily!
It makes when your pronounce baklava lol
How should I pronounce it?
@@travelescapesOFFICIAL hmm, according to google it's baa- kluh - vaa . If you type in ?>word< pronunciation in google. it will do its best to find the pronunciation.
thank you for the videos!
Wonder if tourist are allowed to climb building walls there. I want to go all out assasins creed there😅
😂 I’m not sure about assassins creed style, but it seems like a swim at your own risk kind of place. No one policing rock climbers hahah
Umuwe ka na. Miss ka na namin.
What does that mean?
Epal.
Whatever isn't authentic they say It's "Chinese"😂😂😂😂😂
Hi, thanks for the video, one request, can you let me know is drone fly allowed in Turkey? Im traveling in May and have dji mini2,pls reply ,that will help me plan my trip
