Dodge Third Gen | Synergy Track Bar Install Guide + First Impressions

I walk you through the installation of the synergy track bar for Dodge 3rd gen trucks. I believe the same unit works on some 4th gen models. this bar has polyurethane bushings and a threaded sleeve that lets you adjust the length without uninstalling it. this will work on trucks with up to a 6 inch lift. I believe mine is just leveled so mine is nearly at the bottom of the threads. The tools you need will vary but for my 2005 I needed an 18 mm half inch drive socket, and a 21 mm wrench for the nut on the other side. You will need a 19 mm wrench and socket to tighten the aluminum sleeve which bolts up near the frame. a really nice crowbar wouldn't hurt either because it just barely fits into the axle. of course this is intentional because you don't want that to move around...
