Thanks Jeremy. So how long did the track bar replacement take?

If it’s your first time, maybe 2-3hrs depending on how rusted the bolts are. I just had it out to do some other work not to long ago and it took no longer than 30 min to pull it out again.

You can replace the bushings on the factory track bar also you could use a ball joint press to press them in and out or a floor jack against the frame or how you did it what ever works bud

I’ve never done the floor jack method, but have done the ball joint press method. Never had any luck with the replacement bushings lasting all that long. Thanks for the tip and thanks for watching!

The track bar has held up great. Just make sure that you tighten the adjustment clamp to their specifications or it will back off and you’ll have movement.

How is that Synergy Track bar holing up, is the adjustments staying locked or have you seen any odd wear or rubbing. Did you figure out why the instructions had the clamp on the top but your was on the bottom. Also did you have a lift or leveling kit how much does that track bar allow you to adjust.

Bryan Hammes it’s holding up great. No rubbing or wear that we’ve seen or heard. Not sure why the instructions showed different than the actual track bar, but when I called Synergy they said it was right. Our truck is on stock suspension. Being a power Wagon, I believe that is 2” over a regular truck. I know I have read that you can use it on suspensions up to 6” of lift. It would be worth while to double check that on their website though. Hope that helps and thanks for watching!
