I put a Thuren trackbar on my 08 in 2010. I have over 317k on it. Just recently I had an issue where my truck felt "drunk"…..i replaced the long tierod with oem and it felt different , but sitl "drunk"……I had a trusted friend steer my truck left and right while I was lying under the truck watching the track bar. The axle end had a very small amount of play in it. I just ordered another heim joinr end from Thuren. I realize just now that this is exactly the way my original track bar problem felt. Can’t wait to get my new heim joint installed……to sum it all up…..That Thuren track bar has handled close to 300k miles of abuse and its only gonna cost me $58 bucks to make it like new again.
I bought a kit from a buddy with the Thuren/King remote residence shocks, 2.75" front springs 1" rear springs, sway bar, track bar, and supporting little bits. The quality of this track bar in person is amazing. Pictures hardly due it justice!
Don is the man. I just took delivery of a 2021 Ram 2500 Cummins Limited and I will be checking his product line out for a front end level… I have eyes on the soft ride 2” coils, Fox shocks, steering stabilizer, and of course the track bar. 🤘🏻
Ran all Thuren bars on my old 3rd gen (that is still hauling heavier loads, for 6-7yrs now). Just got a 2022 Ram and had no doubts on the leveling kit (w/ track bar) to use.
Thanks for sharing, I only found about your products not long ago while trying do diagnosis the terrible steering characteristics of my 2011 Ram. I found your artical on wheel alignments which drastically improved the drivabily and with a little more fine turning should be great. I and I'm sure others would love to see a video explaining the wheel alignments. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge.
Just added my EMF upper and lower BJ’s, ordering my Thuren track bar next. I use my trucks for Hotshot, so we beat the piss outta them everyday. I’m hoping to gain some control back. Great video
Just ordered a thuren trackbar for my 2012 dodge diesel. I have a leveling kit and the stock trackbar bushings are worn out every year resulting in the dreaded death wobble. I am super stoked to get the track bar on my truck!
I purchased and installed the 3" coils, shocks, control arms and track bar. My local shop was changing my oil and showed me my worn front end. The track bar showed "slop" in it. When I installed it, I used the measurement from the instructions. What could cause this "slop" that they showed me? Any help/suggestions would be appreciated Thuren Fabrication Inc. Thanks
I have a AEV SC 3 inch lift. I smoked the track bar in Moab. AEV was nice and warranted it for us. And I will install the one they sent. But if this continues to be a problem? I’m gonna be looking for a replacement.
I think my 04 3500 crew cab longbed is crying for a Thuren setup. Lucky enough only little ways away from Bend hahaha maybe have to come see what could be done for it, got a red goat fab bumper on front and definitely could ride better on these dang Oregon loggin roads
Squeak much? Mine sure does. Just found out it is only a 40k mile part but it has squeaked since day one about every 30-45 days telling me I have to add the most minuscule amount of grease..
You just explained 90% of the issues with a solid axle front (or rear). Trackbars are HUGELY overlooked. Synergy's has some issues due to r&d. PLEASE start making Jeep JL parts.

Don going straight to the point and not over technical as always. The knowledge and time put into all of these products is awesome.
Best move I made was getting rid of rough country and getting my Thuren Fab setup
Couldn’t be happier with the thuren suspension I have on my rig.
That setup is nasty. True level

If you people want the real thing ....This dude has it . Thuren knows his stuff like no one else.
Great video! Awesome product! This was a great mod! Always great service with Thuren guys!!
You put this on a Power Wagon? I'm wondering if the 2020 Power Wagons run the same kind of stock bar in this video.....
Awesome Video Mr. Don! Very much appreciated that you are doing this now!
Hey Don, can you do a detailed video on the front sway and one of it in action?
Good tech info as per always from this guy. Didn't leave any stones unturned here. 👍
Ordered a trackbar and sway bar today! Can’t wait
Just ordered mine for my 05 3rd gen! Be here on Tuesday! I'm ready for better handling !!
Just got mine, and it’s going on this weekend 👍🏻
UA-cam searched myself and found this - was not disappointed!

Great video and really helps explain the geometry and engineering reasons of how your product is beneficial compared to OEM. Thanks for posting this.
Some nice information Don.

How are they? Just ordered mine.
@@markshook8993 the parts are okay. The companies customer service was so terrible that iVe decided to order someone else’s ball joints next time.
Thanks for the video! Good info.
will it clear aev differential covers? 2020 power wagon.
Why dont both sides have a zerk to grease like the core 4x4 track bar?
I have the same question

For a real wheel drive 3500, do I need a new trackbar if leveling , or factory is ok?

I just ordered the rear bar for my 2020. I hope it improves the poor handling!
Delrin bushing?
You said today you guys had one for the 95 3500 🤷♂️ I don’t see one ?

I am due! Installing soon waiting on the springs. I am at 215,000.

Replace this and only this on my 2015 and stopped my DW. Thanks guys.
6:37 isn’t that what causes dead wobble? 🤔 all that play
I was thinking the same thing. This has gone against everything we did in the Jeep world. Apparently, Don has it figured out tho.
I’ve sent an email about getting replacement bushings, been waiting 2 days for a response..
Love your stuff but I hate those bushings

what wheels are those?
