The TV unit is simply marvellous. regarding the staircase, i dont think it will save money, think about the additional windows used

In this design,stair case made an area reduction of 100square feet ,which is roughly more than rs 2,00,000 . The windows would cost around rs 40,000 maximum which should be recommended in any kind of stair case provided for proper light and ventilation.
