- If you love flavorful, sizzling green beans, you have got to try this simple yet restaurant-quality vegan recipe! This recipe comes from the kitchen of World of Vegan writer Gina House. Her grandfather opened a Chinese restaurant and his phenomenal recipes have been passed down through hew family. It's now a staple in my home as well!

Best way to cut ends off
I always cut off the ends because who wants those chewy bits in there! Just pop your raw washed green beans on a cutting board, line them up, and chop off the tips with a sharp knife. They are technically edible, but yeah, trim your green beans! Toni often leaves the rough-and-tumble bits on, hehe, so to each their own! :)

Another tip is that you can use this sauce recipe with any vegetable you like. If green beans are too squeaky, try broccoli, snow peas, asparagus, or cauliflower. It works with lots of veggies 🤩🌟💚
