Brooo you did so many thing in this video and detailed to inspiring content for sure in this video. I just bump into this video and I’m here to stay and follow . Great job man! Thanks
You done a good job on the boat. The polished aluminum is going to be bright. But nice touch. Green lights help keep bugs down. Smart thinking. I'm little jealous. I just have a 12 foot 5hp. Gets out there. Good to see you taking the kids. I want to take my daughter more, Growing up too fast. Spoonbill season will be here soon. I'm always ready for it. God Bless, and have a good fishing season.
From a KS to MO dude, nice work! I liked how you used that extra aluminum sheets on the sides. I’ll most likely try to incorporate that on my Jon boat this winter. What all do you gig for in the winter?
great job. this is more of what im going to do. no welding but well placed and designed aluminum. i just ordered a mellennium seat. i like everything about your build! rodholder, mutli seat options, the paint and etching primer underneath, the floor, the foam removal, the foam addition, ect. that floor will dull soon so no need to worry about that. like the use of carpet too. where did you get all that aluminum? that had to add up. love it man!
Another good video. It was interesting all the way through it. I think we need to tag team and do some videos together this year if we're around. We have a Bicycle ride from Iowa to Maine, starting the end of July. Will be cutting into my fishing.
Do you know the weight of the boat? I want to build a boat like that but I want to keep it light enough to just carry it my truck. I don't have space for a trailer. 😅
@@Glensoutdoors637 I just put one coat on the bottom. Two might be better. I didn’t like the way the boat looked with an unpainted bottom on the trailer I could could see the first six feet or so of the bottom. (I painted the entire bottom) I also thought maybe a slick shiny paint would reduce friction and help it glide on the water. It has some scratches from pulling it up on gravel bars but I don’t think you can avoid that too much. It has not flaked or peeled. Where are you at in MO? I’m near ft Leonard wood!
Love stumbling upon smaller UA-camrs! Seem to try so much more than the guys who are big already! Keep it up man!!
Thank you! I appreciate the encouragement!
