I run 3 stations also but in a grille &bar restaurant. I know it's nothing special but when there's 30 orders and they all go out in a timely manner, I'm kinda proud of myself.
35 yrs experience cooking but only 6 straight on the line. When you know what you're doing, one can make it looks so easy. But let one hiccup happen and the rush can crush the best........

Working in food service we just do not get paid good enough for the amount of work we put in.. your a machine at your job brother and if ppl knew what really went into making there food then they’d understand that its not easy and getting it to them in a timely manner before they start crying like children takes some skill and years of experience..

@@RonaldOsimani Blackstones are cheap thin metal crap that burns food if not carefully watched, you can get a far better quality flat top from the webstaurant online store, pricy, but quality made and worth every red cent, anywhere from a 24 inch to a 60 inch that runs on propane. I didn't live in an apartment building without a patio I'd have at least a 36 incher.

I did not touch the floor, just the top of the lettuce to pick it up…

Normally love your videos but with this one I saw too many no no's. Digging your bare hands into the onions and peppers was not cool. Even if you did wash your hands. You need your gloves. And then the plate of eggs on the side for over 5 minutes just getting cold while you made fresh hash. Nah, this was not your best. Sorry but i had to be honest about this one. Still love your content.
