I was fan of fm Manmohan Singh, Narashima rao, many great congress men and freedom fighters , recent congress men are speaking the language of enemies of India.
Sibal has given enough signals to people of India that if you vote for congress than Assam will be cut off from India and defines that Hindus are immigrant from foreign nation .
Make you choice ,you want Assam or vote for Congress .

They were Indians during British rule till 15/08/1947 , after this date the East Bengal became East Pakistan and therefore the East Pakistanis can not claim to be Indian and enter India illegally, but The minorities in East & West Pakistan’s were allowed to enter India if they were harassed by Muslims majority as per The Agreement!
It is better for the Supreme Court to assign a permanent 11 member bench for the entire forenoon session to hear whatever Mr. Kapil Sibal had to mention and argue any thing he likes and and issue orders. It is a way to reduce the backlogs in SC as other judges and this judges could use their residual time more effectively. The citizens have also a choice to avoid that bench as they bored to hear his verbal extremities
Deshdrohi sibbal. He fight all those cases which are against the state or the society.

Secondly Goa is a small state and the whole of India wants to settle in Goa. How can this be possible? This trend will destroy our culture and traditions. Can the CJI protect Goans and their land?
