The base in his voice is just incredible 😮
Westerners usually have thay deep voice
it is bass not base. 🙏
Don't pronounce the base in writing. Its bass!
Yes I agree
Thanks
Kapil Sibbal is a brilliant mind but I wish he would've spoken in favour of minimum wages for young lawyers.
Kid Law student: appointed... Mature Kapil: Elected... Kapil Sir corrected it immediately... That's the difference between an experienced person and a beginner... But the intern lawyer asked an important question... I feel that the government must pay for all interns ... whether Medical, Legal, veterinary, engineering or agriculture interns. All students at that stage require some kind of financial assistance. One should not exploit labour in the name of "i am teaching you.. if you want to learn from my experience, just work free for me"
wheres that part ??

@@aadityanirmale140414:15
Yes, in every field. Corporate sector should also pay to law students
In my opinion...corporate has no responsibility fulfilling a financial assistance requirement of a person present to learn in the corporate situation with mediocre sub par 'labour' that honestly the corporate can do without and is only doing it for the sake of csr laws and metrics and ratings which affect its attractiveness in the politically correct environment but the masses forget that the most attractive part of a corporate setting is its profitability and that's what a majority of masses that are investors actually want from a corporate setting....they don't want that you pay some high school person in a teir3 college who is interning for experience when there are students of teir 1 colleges already ready with that experience or better yet don't require experience as they are by default desired by the corporation. What they ( the investors want) is now against what the political left social justice warriors mainly feminists want that is payment of interns...as payment is expenses on part of the corporation and thus reducing profitability, it's only a matter of 50 years that the csr will be exposed for the sham and facade that it is and corporation will go back to being prioritising profitability and you'll see mass layoffs as there have been this past few years (a result by a number of factors including the ones we are talking about) or worse the corporation would use the opportunity and use the economic shambles that country would be in in such a scenario and leverage the desperation to go on a full scale unhealthy capitalism to exploit labour out of masses ..........the left and the right seem to forget that capitalism should be handled by a mindset that is not on the extremes rather on the midground: the sense of responsibility and morality with touch of practicality and a drizzle of realpolitik like actions recognising reality and actuality of a situation.......a charecteristics that neither of the political factions are known to have any nuance in understanding and is eternally stuck with their ideologies of the extreme......
Congratulations to Law Students for having discussion with Superb Constitutional Bench Advocate good luck to you all❤❤❤
The student from Zimbabwe was the most articulate speaker than any other Indian student. Perhaps most Indians speak better Hindi but so must the guy from Zimbabwe speak his mother tongue. Was trying to defend the Indians who should improve on their public speaking.
@@vanlalzapichhangte8653 Advocate like sibbal took birth one in hundred years . I am 70 years old, never saw sibbal appears for just cause.
Same man trying to potect the rapist of Kolkata and gov. Of west bengal😢
He is doing his job
He's only representing the WB government, not the accused.
he will sell his mom. Not surprised
@@sunny123kWB Government tempered with evidence and hindered the investigation..what would you say about that?

He is just a genius.... Unlimitedly intelligent.
Kapil Saab thanks for this outstanding Initiative. Got to learn a lot from this, regards from Assam💕🙏🌺💯
He immediately corrected the student from kashmir politely when he said, "thank you for standing for our cause" by saying...we speak for our clients. He isn't for any cause. No lawyer is. They argue on interpretation and procedure. Even kasab was given a lawyer. You can't say, the lawyer was fighting for his cause. He was simply doing his job.
Good effort and such frequent interaction will be highly appreciated.
Everyone has to uphold the "Letter and Spirit" of the Indian Constitution.
Excellent Session thanks for the Organization.
Thank you Sir, such a mind-blowing interaction with law students..👌🙏
Good effort.. Sibbalji. To prepare future of india in judiciary and Law
To prepare defenders to protect criminals and rapists
Shame on this law students

At 14:30 question relating to stipend is that bar should do something on that but I guess sir took it at personal level and said I will give if someone asked for it but how can someone asked for stipend.I think this is not a proper way and other point is sir said that I can't tell about others lawyers. Question is relating to bar as a body not about sir personally.
fantastic and useful discussions | debates.
Kali yug ka shukracharya😂
Very Informative, thank you Kapil Sir for such a great interaction❤
Very interesting logic, I collected from this session. Thanks Sibbal sir.
Looks like some questions were just handed out to them. Cmon don't do this, let them ask whatever they want!
Kapil sibbal is legend 🙌
All the law student thought kapil sibbal would talk like any leftist and they prepare question like that but kapil sibbal answers all question being neutral advocate😊😂
Excellent session 👏
Good thought of sharing experience with junior's for future 👏
Thanks.sir'ji'''all''mji'thanks❤👏🇮🇳
Thank you to all those who spoke English...at least Law students from other countries like me were able to gain something ❤☺️
12:07 It's difficult to enter China. What I am listening? 😂
He's correct. The moment you enter china. WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, UA-cam, Instagram doesn't work. Whatever they have allowed, is incredibly controlled and benefits them mutually to a large extent without killing their dominance in the market.
So compared to India, china is indeed difficult to enter.
@@Doobedoobedoobahow come UA-cam has china video's if it's banned
Great and pertinent endeavor ❤
Every senior must paaaaayyyyy !!!!!!!
😂😂😂😂😂
Consider it done.
Very informative and such a great interaction.
Don't take coaching from him . He will teach you how a right case can be falsified to protect your client. Please take oath to uphold truth.
"Falsified" ? Faking or altering the evidence. Is it proved in court?. Dont conclude everything until the judgement. When you are representing your client..it is about to speak on his behalf of him and even the constitution give opportunity for any accused for a fair trial.
Advocates are not in the court to uphold the truth. They are present to represent their clients, to ‘advocate’ on their behalf. Attorney client privilege is one of the first tenets of this profession.
@@kalhail7253 Just thinking according to your argument... What would have happened if kapil sibal was the lawer of kasab
Jaa na lvvde. Constitution gave the right to defend to everyone.
@@kalhail7253don't forget why law is there,it's to provide justice
Sir,
PMLA provisions under which Manish Sisodiya..Arvind kejrival are in jail..are not consitutional.. And against freedom. Why it is not challenged before SC as the provisions are violative of citizens fundamental Right??
It is pending in sc
the provision of twin test is mentioned in it
very good discussion, wish more questions were asked
didn't even realise 1 hour was already up. such a cool interaction!
Thanks kapil sibal sir guidance
I am a 62 year old retired govt employee. This was thought provoking. I would Sri. Kapil Sibal to have a series on important Article of the Indian Constitution. Our Constitution is a Great Book for Humanity, akin to the Bhagavad Gita for India. Constitution has presided over this vast and most populated country having mind boggling diversity and seems to have a solution for each and every citizen of this country. It is a fantastic document and there seems to be no parallel for it in this world. Please I request you to do a series on The Constitution of India
Congress government s made so many amendments in the constitution during their rule that it is no more Ambedkar s constitution.
@@Dadasahab1234 Amendments have been made by all governments. And Dr. Ambedkar himself included provisions for amendments in the constitution in article 368. However the basic structure of the constitution (like the fundamental rights covered in articles 12-35, principles of secularism derived from article 27 & 28 etc) can not be amended (at least in theory).
Thankfully no one has attempted to make such amendments yet. However there is a lot of political rhetoric around the subject specially from the leaders of the BJP. May be they are only using it as political "jumlas" to get votes but this may create an environment where in the future some ultra right wing leaders may come to power and attempt amendments that threaten the basic structure.

Very nice
Big fan of you sir ❤❤❤
Very interesting and informative discussion.
Very well said about article 370
Discussion is the essence of democracy. Law should be enacted by consulation with the stakeholders and through debate in the parliament. Article 370, National education policy, New Criminal laws passed is not discussed enough, reasonable and appropriate.

Sir ine if the amazing video 😮😮❤🎉
great conversation
I am pondering about my rights. I am a PWD, and there is a less debate on rpwd.. if possible, would you please talk on rpwd in your incoming sessions..
Good effort ❤
I think this is a high time that sir as a president of bar, must do something related to stipend.
I truly appreciate this student and him to bring this episode and bring some great topics, but most importantly crisis of injustice going on right like the pune porch case, RG kar college and much more had to the prime focus.
Wishes to Kabel sibel for his service..
Kabel sibel 😂😅🤣

But SC doesn't touch anything of the verdict but transfer the honorable bench.
Respected Sir,
When its prima facie; the view of your goodself then why the Constitutional Validity of aforesaid PMLA Law; is not challenged ??
One of the corrupted lawyers of India.Shame on you.
Basic Laws & constitution should be in schools starting from 6 th std onwards ...
Salute 🫡 Kapil ji his every word has some value
It was so good to listen to the conversation.
But i still think that privacy is point which need to be debated in the context of the state as today the state that is central government holds alot of power and violation of privacy has been done multiple time using adhaar card, upi etc. caused alot of problems.
A very good effort!
How does one participate in such conversations
Goodmorning good debate in these days
What if executive surpasses the power of judiciary,
If I had the chance to sit there, I'd ask him - " why do you want to save the culprits of RG Kar case" .
ANY AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF SRI SIBAL?
Sir,Suppose if judiciary does not do it's job or if it is inactive can executive take interference ?
no answer?
How much fee for a case in SC for a lawyer
Is it possible for a common man come to SC?
How is it possible witness are saying true for taking final decession?
What is value of document?

How interpreting a subject matter goes in right angle? It can be twisted as they need. Judiciary system must be very specific in deciding a case based on clear cut rulings without unnecessary arguments.
48:30 is just personal
Sir, famous experienced lawyers should fight cases against powerful people for free for victims!
Money is greater than honor. This man is the rotten side of Indian Judicial system.

It's a really great initiative by Mr. Kapil Sibbal to come out on social media and interact with the budding lawyers candidly, but I strongly felt that he has been trying to be politically correct to some of the most sought-after issues of national importance.
Did someone ask about how judiciary is capable of giving 300 words essay for killing people.
Judiciary follows the constitution so blame the constitution? So if I want the law to change then blame the parliament? Parliament means blame your elected MLAs and MPs
In which law it's said to write 300 words essays for killing people ..inhuman argument@@Qwerboy-zv1mk
Did anyone hear that favourite case law of Kapil sir
What surprises me is the selective approach of the judges to the issues of the people. While they continue to prioritise corporate cases, cases of national importance, poor people continue to die, including ones like Umar Khalid who has been jailed baselessly without any reason
Boycott this criminal who support /give releave the criminals in exchange of money.
❤️
I really want his views on: Why don't we have any law of compensation for victims of Wrongful Prosecution? With how long the usual case takes in court, the process turns out to be the punishment.
Respected Sir
Mujhe aapki guidelines ki bahut jarurat hai,,,,
Mere pe galt FIR hui hai
Appreciate the new initiative but what they ask to sir ....even they know the gravity of topics...what they ask is totally fake.....nobody ask about legal profession ...they know everything... I thing 😅
true
That’s not the case. I am one of them who spoke at 14:18 and nothing was decided before hand and they were all random questions.
not a single muslim, sikh or a christian among those students who asked questions , yet they dont understand.

*Law and Lawyers!*
Law is not doing anything.. law cannot do anything... Being inert, Law alone is not going to bring any big change.
The experts who are operating these laws should handle them for the good of the society/country.
If the experts are not honest/ don't work for the good of the society, the law alone cannot bring down crimes.
The experts have to think and examine their own mind-dynamics honestly and find out the answer for the question, "who is breeding, mainly, the crimes ? - "Who is strengthening the criminals ?!"
Let the experts work with honesty and with their own intelligence to do good to the society.
A law cannot speak of its own - advocacy done by advocates brings the ability for the laws to speak.
Can we please think with an open mind !

No one asked questions about mis use of UAPA, bail issue to human right activists, why judiciary under fear from government not performing it's duty to deliver justice. Why can't be more judges to SC from muslims and dalits.
Kapil are you fighting for truth or justice or pro opposition agenda. I have yet to see you having an argument in court for justice for victims of rape, victims of corruption, or politics. Your arguments could be seen as vows but making court judgement criticism in media?
As a lawyer he fights his client cases in court, why don't you ask feku to approach sibal to be the prosecutor in rape cases etc
