Especially,The Retirement Age of Supreme Court & High Court Judges need to be enhanced.The Politicians are Continuing as Hon'ble MPs,MLAs,MLCs etc., in late 70s & 80s even though some have no Proper Educational Back ground.Moreover,
the Central & State Govt. are Appointing the Retired Officers as Advisors,Legal Advisors.The Judges are getting Promotions as Chief Justice of Hon'ble High Court & Supreme almost at the time of their Retirement.But,
their Services are not Utilized after their Retirement.So,
there is a need to Enhance the Age of Supreme Court and High Court to Reduce the Long Pending Court Cases also.
With out any hesitation he would blindly oppose any proposal to reform the judicial system if the government contemplates
