    Declined flies is the best chest exercise ever
    The chest is one muscle no suck thing of 3 separate muscle
    Press are powerlifting move because you can move heavier weights you cannot do the same heavy weights in a fly movement because is all pure chest movement

    I have a question for anyone who has some experience lifting maybe like 4,5 years , can I begging like 2 months in go for these and try to keep the form that correct or you just wana keep doing the normal stuff until your body knows what you are doing , I hope I am.making sense , thanks .

      Lift as heavy as you can for 4-8 reps with good form for 3 sets

    • @JamesSmith-xk1fb
      @JamesSmith-xk1fb 10 місяців тому

      All your sets make them 12 10 8 6 with increaed weight per excerise. Do machines for around a month then start light on dumbells and find a good start pointing do that for two weeks then you can begin training. A good guide to for excerises ( not how many sets and reps just the excerise stil follow the 12 10 8 6)
      Is dorian yates blood and guts.
      Dont forget 5-10 minutes of a light cardio before every training session and increase your meat intake and veggies by 2 time of what it is now with a shit load of water. Would advise after a year of training take a break to do atleast 6 months of boxing with some weigjt training on the side. Youll be a new man in 2 years. Remeber dont be a bitch.
      Key vitamins
      Daily greens, multi vitamin,protein,BCAA and a natural test booster ( if over the age of 35 just get on TRT) you can chuck in some fish oil too. Those with a clean diet.

    Thing that people don't realize .... When he puts the pad .. it opens up your shoulders and causes you to overarch.... So it no longer is an incline but closer to a flat. Look at his chest angle after the pad .. you'll see the problem. You'll get chest .. but not upper .. you'll nullified the angle.

      Guy is a certified personal trainer done years of training and research and developed this product I’ve used it in the gym
      And what it does is instantly engages chest for better contraction most ppl who bench and workout chest have overdeveloped front delts cuz the shoulders start to takeover rather than chest

    • @Harry00020
      @Harry00020 Місяць тому

      Does not matter the angle, main thing is what results we have got, and every single person will get a different result.
      The body does not know, hey I am on incline and need to work upper chest...that's an illusion

    You want to Guillotine the Dumbbells on a Decline Bench, well, obviously you should of do so without IRON at the start and then just progress using Plain OLD Weighted (POW) Bells.
