I just did this workout and I’m sweating a lot,my legs feel tired,my core is killing me but I LOVE it.Last week I was 236 pounds and now as I’m writing this I am 229.This does work !!!

So I've been doing this for 3 days a week every other day mixed with 4 day split weight training, the first week i didnt even make it pass the 10 min left mark before i gave out, second with i made it just under the 8 min mark but this week i knew i had to push harder or else i wouldn't go no where, im 3 weeks into this and can now do the full 15 min and im enjoying the sweet painful burning sensation of this video, thank you brother for this extraordinary exercise video, consider me Liked, subscribed and Notified! I've seen his workouts but never did them..I don't know what possessed me to do so today because he goes hard! lol.. but this is advanced. I had to take it down a notch and modify some of the moves to intermediate. I am not a beginner at working out but its been a few weeks since I worked out and decided to ease my way back into my routine with 15 minute workouts. This one had me drenched in sweat by the time I finished!

As someone who spokes a lot this work out is hell but I’m making good progress. Made to the 12:30 mark today when I was only doing 5 min a couple weeks ago. Was surprised my legs gave out on me today before my lungs did.

@@barley2713 yup. Most definitely. It's interesting you ask that, because I've only seen true progress by focusing on the process rather then the results. Concentrating and connecting muscle with mind to a degree that the journey is top priority than the destination.
