I’m at the part of your video where you’re on the treadmill. Girl, at the speed of 6.0-I’d be blown to the back of your garage. Lol. Hi Fumi, I have tried to loose weight numerous times but I don’t like feeling restricted or deprived ! I watched your weight loss video and loved it! I downloaded the app and reviewed it. I love how it is laid out! Not only can I eat what I want , I can watch my carb intake for each food item and monitor my steps throughout the day! Gr8t educational tool. At the end of the first week I am down 5.2 pounds! I am so excited! I now have hope again that I can get below 200lbs. My SW is 260 and my GW is 175. Yay!

Dear Fumi and Ole, thank you for this tip. I need to get rid off some extra kilos. But it allways goes wrong when I travel. After I watched your program about Nutra Check I immediately dowloaded it, bought a little foodscale and a plastic measure cup that i can take with me on travels. Now I can weigh my food and typ it in and also for my glasses of wine. I also additional carton plates to weigh my food or divide my portion. Together these 3 things do not weigh very much and I will come back home kilos lighter!!!! Thank you.

I just love your kindness and truth of messages. I gained very little weight during pregnancy (hyperemesis) BUT after when I could eat and enjoy -WOOHOOO I went all in. You didn’t shame anyone for their weight. You said you hit “that” number and you decided to act.

I've been doing NC for ages but get bored and go off it - now I don't feel guilty if I have a treat, I change up my meals, add loads of salad and veg, cut back on the carbs and I exercise hard every day just jogging or walking with weights - and burn more calories that I used to. I am trying to lose weight along with my family. I have problems with cooking for our family when each of us has problems with different foods. I cannot eat onions or tomatoes in any form. My husband is allergic to fish and our son only eats a small number of fruits & vegetables no matter how they are hidden. Many nights we are each eating different items, and it makes life, and losing weight that much more difficult.

Wow...Congrats to you because losing weight pushes a person to travel a stringent journey. Reminds me of my own weight loss journey when I gave birth to my daughter as a young teen (14 years old) all of those decades ago. My regular weight during my teens was 104 lbs, and I ballooned to 148 lbs by the time after I gave birth (I am also a short woman at 5 ft 2 in.) I reduced my weight over the next 12 months after birth to 107 lbs. -- the closest weight to my start point. I never saw that low weight again after iaged out of my teen years into my 20s and 30s.
Today as a senior (nearly 70 now), my weight fluctuates between 115 lbs. and 130 lbs. I start adjusting what I do and eat if I venture beyond 125 lbs., which is the weight that I have managed to maintain consistently over decades. My weight used to be on the lower end of this scale when I had to go to the office for work (more activity, since I used to go for walks during my break). Now that I work from home 100 percent of the time, I find it more challenging to maintain discipline to keep my weight in check. There is nothing like that so-called "free" time that sometimes causes the mind and spirit to wander -- especially when signficant events populate life along the way. After all, I do not want to have to replace all my lovely clothes at this late stage of my life.
You are doing fantastic I started my journey steady about nine months ago and I've lost 75lbs no miracle pills or anything like it. I just cut back and get those 10,000 steps in I could lose faster but I do mukbangs on my channel so the weight lost is at a more constant but slower pace but the hold ideal of it all to me is to keep it off as you continue to lose. Keep moving strong you are amazing🙏🤗
