Darling don’t feel bad about having a child in your 40s. My blood line is different from some. One of my cousins had her first baby at 53, and her second at 60, and she lived to see them have kids of their own. Another cousin of mine was married, and she gave birth to 25 children. Use healthy oils such as Rapeseed, Avocado, Olive oil for cooking, reduce the consumption of African red palm oil and sunflower oil. Eat more vegetables and fruits.🥑🍉🧄🥦🥬🥒🌶🌽🥝🍅🥒🍆🍊 that should help.
I have 21 year old fraternal twins whom I had at 24 weeks! They spent 3.5 months in NICU. The daily challenges were incredible, but I thank God for His Mercies! One hilarious thing I remember is me trying to breast them, both at the same time cos none wanted to wait! They are both in college now and doing incredibly well. I am so proud of them.
