As a coach do you think doing those kind of training are hard on the joints ? Dangerous in long term? I mean its awesome for the body and mind but its a really high volume that we all do with burpees and push ups
I’m not a coach. Honestly, I don’t know. In my life exercise science has changed so much, one day something’s good and next it isn’t. I think people need to gather information from within. I know these types work for me and I like them, so I do them. In saying that, I also make sure to warm up and cool down properly. My joints feel good. Also think it’s not what you do, but how you do it that matters.
