Pinoy Kakanin: Very easy Bibingka Recipe, Soft and Yummy!

    INGREDIENTS
    BATTER:
    1 cup rice flour
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    3/4 cup fresh milk
    1/4 cup water
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    4 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 egg
    TOPPINGS:
    grated cheese
    1 salted egg
    Note: i used half of this recipe so yield is 5 bibingkas with moulder Measurement Height:0.9 inch, Width:3.7 inch, Length:3.7 inch.
