I tried this kaninang hapon at tamang-tama talaga yung lasa at texture niya. Fluffy na may pagka-mochi/buchi konti yung texture. Sobrang panalo. Thank you Savor Easy!

Am longing to see the actual cooking...we also cook bibingka since our childhood...if we dont like to put other ingredients its still ok if it is plain....i mean, giniling na bigas with sinaing, sugar, baking powder, dayap if mayroon at if lutu na grated coconut..sa mga may allergy ok siya...mas masarap if lagyan siya ng grated buku at milk, or plain white egg at milk, or plain grated coconut then you have hot tea...noon to make tea, we cook dried leaves of avocado, mango at pandan...up to now, nglulutu parin for family! Please clarify the measurement. Is it 1 and 1/2 cups glutinous flour plus 1/2 cup rice flour? I followed this measurement and it ended up to be very thick unlike yours in the video, the texture appeared to be thin and watery. What I did was i added another 1 and 1/2 cups of coconut milk. It was still thick but I went ahead and baked it. My family loved it especially my husband. He said it was the best! It actually tasted more like mochico.

I made this today and was nice. The only thing is, I think it’s better to add the cheese when it’s almost cooked. The cheese was kind of burnt when I added it as per video.
Can you please double check po yung sugar measurement..parang sa video po konti lang yung white sugar..pero sa drop down list medyo madami po ang 3/4 cup..pero infairness sobrang sarap po..kinabuksan malambot parin.

Hi! Everyone I made it today and it turn ok..! fluffy, yummy, soft, the texture is nice only i can suggest is it much more better if you put some more cheese. To be honest it taste like "bibingka puto" it seems like bibingka w/ a twist.. 😊 but nothing to worry about the taste guys for me i'll give a 👍❤️ just follow the instructions carefully. 😉

Didn’t it taste bitter because of the baking powder used in tbsp instead of tsp?
