Three headed mice kings? Yeah, that's real Christmasy. Estimated Time of Arrival Hoffmann must have been chewing on the same mushrooms, as did Lewis Carroll.
Regarding "Nutcracker and the Four Realms", I think Lassiter's insistence on twist villains was much of his undoing. So much that it revealed some bad things about that. But his replacement made things worse with her baggage.. But thankfully she's gone as well.
I came across a Nutcracker adaptation called Christmas Dreams, which is one part Nutcracker and another part Little Drummer Boy, that you could include for next year’s list. We all know you’ll never run out.
I may be the only one here to have read ETA Hoffman’s “The Nutcracker and the Mouse King” in its entirety. Boy is that one weird book. The entire story covers a period of twenty years. The battle between the Nutcracker and the Mouse King is repeated every night over a period of several months until the Nutcracker finally defeats the Mouse King. Each battle trashes the house, and the children get blamed for the nightly damage. There’s way too much plot for a single movie.
I've read it from cover to cover, too. It felt like a fever dream, just like Alice in Wonderland. Don't get me started on the ending. Marie was like 8 when she got engaged. Like, girl. You're a little kid. Slow down there
I don’t know why the word “nutcrackery” made me laugh. 😂. Thanks. Merry Christmas!
😎

Brytag: I'm going to feed your eyes to the birds, red-hair!
Red Sonja: I don't need eyes to find you, I can smell you at a hundred paces!

Believe it or not, that one was on my list. I'll work that in next year!
My favorite move named Nutcracker was from 1982 and It starred Joan Collins and Paul "Cousin Kevin" Nicholas.
Man, not heard of that one, but I wish I could find it!

I know it too late but for next December can you do a video on chasing Christmas. The one with Tom Arnold?
I have a copy. It's certainly possible.
@BarkeyDog can wait to see it
What's with producers releasing films on the wrong holiday? Like with nosferatu getting released on Christmas.
