    You didn’t count your 20s correctly for your car maintenance. I think I saw a group of 6 20s that you assumed was 5 to make a pile of $100

    I’ve been using my card to pay for gas lately, I stopped using the cash system for it because it’s not something I tend to overspend in lol. I get paid weekly, so every Friday I just fill my car. Much easier.

      I know. I do the cash diet after rent and utilities and I was thinking yay I have 50 dlls left for the next 3 days and then I realized oh great I haven't filled up my car's gas tank.

      I'm an insurance fraud investigator. I don't discuss which company I work for due to personal security issues, plus we're a tiny company of about 10 employees and unfortunately we're not hiring.

    I get so excited when you upload 👏🏼😁 also yes can’t wait until you announce who you will be helping with budgeting... also for the capital one 360 since you mentioned it takes about 2-3 days for your money to transfer over how do you handle that let’s just say your bill is due like the next day and your money is not in the account yet I’m not sure if I make sense lol it sounds better in my head 😂

    • @candy2325
      @candy2325 5 років тому

      Elvia Ramirez I was wondering about that too! It’s takes so long to transfer money. I just opened up the checking and savings with them and it took three days to transfer $20 lol.

    Alyssa, I cannot recommend a health savings account (HSA) highly enough! I'm relatively healthy and have been able to just let most of the money sit there and grow but a recent medical scare (that turned out to be nothing) was made ever so slightly better knowing that I have thousands of dollars set aside for medical expenses if anything should come of it.

      Hi! I'm not too sure. I think when they hired me they were mostly just looking for experience that translated well to the job duties. I didn't have a degree when I got hired. I'm not sure what other companies look for however!

    After your car loan is paid off, will all the “debt snowball” money go to school? Groceries? Spending money? Lol 😂

      I'll follow the rest of the baby steps at that point! Build up my FULL emergency fund, save for a down payment for a house, everything like that! 😊

      Unacceptable. What are you, the White Rabbit? I sentence you to watch all of Game of Thrones, then to listen to Cardi B. for 16 hours over and over until your IQ drops dangerously lower than mine from the very cadence alone of that lady's proud to be stupid voice. I can smell her through my car speakers when I'm scanning FM Radio. Yeah, its really very unfortunate. Smells like salty garbage on a rainy day in Hong Kong but that's the risk you take when you're listening to a radio. On a more positive note it serves as a reflection of how big she is right now and for I guess like the last few years or so. Ever notice how there's actually some interesting stuff on AM radio sometimes? Pretty cool.

    Been following Dave Ramsey and the $48 for your extra ex: Disney that you pay would not truely be following his principles. My question is why don’t you apply it all to the debt snow ball?

    • @alyssamakesamigurumi
      @alyssamakesamigurumi  5 років тому +3

      I definitely have done many things in my life that are not "Dave Ramsey Approved". I've never claimed to be a militant follower of his principles. I have created priceless memories with my boyfriend and his family over the last year of having this Disneyland pass, and that to me makes it beyond worth it. I've been able to consistently pay $1000+ per month (sometimes even $2000) toward my debt and I'm knocking it out so quickly. To each their own! I can totally see how many people would find it frivolous. Budgeting is very personal and unique to each person. Thank you for the comment! ❤️
