This is an easy no oven version English muffins, you only need a pan with a lid. English muffin is low in fat and sugar which makes a great breakfast option. English muffin can be used to make Egg Benedict, McMuffin or simply toast it and serve with butter and jam

牛奶175 公克
速發酵母兩茶湯（6公克）
細砂糖一茶匙（5公克）
鹽一茶匙
全蛋一顆（50公克）
高筋麵粉300公克
室溫奶油15公克
粗顆粒玉米粉適量
English Muffin: 6 portions
Milk 175g
Instant yeast 2 tsp (6g)
sugar 5g
Salt 1 tsp
Egg x1 (50g)
Bread flour 300g
Room temperature butter 15g
Corn meal for dusting

When pan fry the Muffins, did you put any oil or butter in the pan or just a few drops of water?
I used a non stick pan so I didn’t need to use oil.
I was going to make it, but realized the amount of butter wasn’t there, is it just me not seeing it?
Sorry, I missed the information, it is 15g room temperature butter.
