I tried this recipe today! They came out so good! Plus point: I used white whole wheat flour instead of flour and 2 tbsp sugar instead of one, and they came out amazing! Needed a little less flour thought but still great recipe!
I have fever and its 12 a.m but i got up and make this dough and store it in the fidge so when i wake up ill continue it😅 i want a decent breakfast for once😳hope it comes out good!

Chuck McGee. Hi Chuck. Happy to help. Ideally a mixer will always be better. If not because of doing this video, I would use my mixer too. That's how I can keep making bread every 2 days. Mixer makes my life so much easier and better results too 😊

whole wheat always takes more liquid.
