Love your thoughts! Glad I clicked. I also found my astrology birth chart and personality tests to be helpful with people pleaser recovery. They jump-started the self-discovery or rediscovery process for me for sure. I also found numerology and Tarot to be useful. Tarot's catchphrase, 'Take what resonates and leave the rest' transferred to other areas of my life and helped me practice getting back in touch with my intuition. And 100% agree that observation is key. Early on I had to just sit with myself and start noticing and journaling. Can't wait to watch more vids, thanks for sharing!

Hi girl!,, you’ve described it so well and this resonated with me. However, I’ve done plenty of personality tests and astrology in the past already as I struggled to know my self. I have been a people pleaser and got stuck in narcissistic relationships in the past. And yes I know it wasn’t the best way to solve a problem but as I also struggled so much with establishing boundaries I found it easier to cut people which I regret those decisions at times, only a few that was deeply necessary. It took some time over the years to recognize my own person and establish my own values and I hope I will find my community that truly align with me😊 thank you!

I definitely had a phase where I just found it too difficult to face everything anymore so I just went cold and cut people out- it’s definitely not the way to go is it! But we live and we learn and I am soo happy to hear you came out the other side! ❤️ and I think you’re closer to your aligned community than you think!
