Use a trolley jack with 4x4 timber, Once mount is off you can move motor by hand with trolley jack underneath carefully to line up if needed. Jack it up a little on corner of sump making sure its balanced and stable before removing top mount. Torque settings are as follows body of engine 3 bolts up to 50 ft lbs. 3 bolts on top plate 72 ft lbs.

always support motor , when doing the mounts... Especially the top mounts.. I would've replaced the top mounts first including the tranny mount

It did not show that you have to put support for the engine when taking off the mounts so you keep the engine on place

You did not use a torque wrench. A big no no.
