    I have an idea for future episode(s) that might be fun for all. Basis would be a greek song and you would ask english speaking Greeks on the street to sing a verse or two of a song and then translate the verse. You could then explain how certain words and phrases are commonly used in everyday Greek. I live in NYC and listen to Greek music and watch Easy Greek and other UA-cam channels to keep up on my Greek. I would suggest the following songs; Na Paizei To Tranzistor--Marinella, I Mitilinia- Kalatzis, or Romios Agapise Romia-Kokotas as fun songs. Keep up the good work!

    Great video! I've been focusing on reading greek texts since I began learning 15 months ago. A month back I began trying to form some sentences. I've now been to Greece and am a bit shocked how much I was able to understand and even to communicate. :D
    I now come back more often to your videos as (especially with these slow greek videos) I feel like I can easily understand the majority and now can enjoy war them even more.
    Thanks for the great content!

    You are not kidding about the stress of boarding the big Greek ferries. It is almost as bad getting off.

    I'm loving your videos! I'd love to see one that is set "at the playground" with all the language that is used there (Maybe it could star your adorable little one & friends : ) When my Greek-American daughter was little, that was the hardest thing for her to learn because all of the lessons are always targeted towards adults. Thanks to the lessons available, she could say "I'd like two ice-cold beers, please" in Greek - LONG before she could say, "Would you like to go on the swings/slide/merry-go-round with me?" Some kid, and parent friendly videos dealing with playground language would be VERY helpful : )

      It's a nice idea for sure. We'd love to make such a video. Unfortunately, many parents are hesitant to let their children appear on UA-cam, for any reason.

      @@EasyGreekVideos I understand that, for sure. I feel the same way. Maybe something could be improvised with puppets, stock photos, or animation or something. It's certainly a topic that a lot of young families would enjoy learning.

    Yes, science student here. Shrimp actually have their heart in their head. Also octopi have 3 hearts. Enjoy your seafood after this

    • @EasyGreekVideos
      @EasyGreekVideos  Місяць тому +3

      To be fair, shrimp are arthropods, it's a bit like eating spiders of the sea. If you can get over that, where their heart is inside their body shouldn't make a lot of difference, haha!
