Guys... we desperately need more like this.. seems all the new material is way below my fitness level.. used to run hasfit 3 times a week, and there is almost nothing as of late that I can use for a new tabata or hiit workout!! Need more of your bread and butter and less of the ultra slow easy going non impact workouts... lets go!!!
Could try doing the shorter exercise videos back to back (eg. 4x 10 minute hiit or 2x 20 minute hiit). The increased pacing of those shorter videos always surprises me.
I alternate strength training with no equipment workouts. This one fit I just perfectly. Thank you.
Thanks so much. You have saved me through a terrible knee injury three months ago. I tore my ACL, MCL and had my meniscus removed in surgery and will face two more surgeries, lots of physic and I never stopped working out. Started with your chair workouts and now do all of Claudia's modifications. I was always doing the advanced moves but with the injury the mods work well. You guys are the best!

As usual, great workout. I rotate between the strength workouts with weights and the HIIT. I love that there are lots of choices. I like the longer ones but sometimes I’m on a time crunch and I know I can still find a great video even if I only have 20 minutes. At 62, I feel confident I’ll be doing these for many more years with you, THANKS

Claudia actually already had her baby. We had to film these ahead of time to make sure she could take care of the baby and we still have videos to release! However, we are coming out with a prenatal program that will be launching January 1st!

You are both great. I have just started following and exercising to your videos about 10 days ago. (started exercising 14 days ago). I have already lost 13 pounds and heading to my goal of losing 50. I battle through an elbow injury and frozen shoulder on same arm, but push through as well as I can. You definitely get me sweating. I try not to do the modified exercising, but sometimes with the bad arm, I have to adjust especially with weight use. You guys will be my go to workouts getting me to my goal of 50lbs!!! Thank you so much for what you are doing.

I reminded myself to comment how enjoyable the warm-up was - nice change combining the reach through with the hamstring stretch. Less enjoyable was my decision to use 3 kg weights for the high punches forgetting a plank-type move was next... Ouch.
Wow...this one great! The exercise where you did the boxing up in the air really helped my pain in my right shoulder!

I like all your workout videos and you people inspire me a lot. I want to lose weight and i started to follow a calorie deficit diet. im feeling difficult to do cardio exercises.can i do strength training alone to lose weight (your 17 minute strength workout). If i can lose weight only with strength training then how much weight 1 should begin with and when to increase weights. Please suggest

What should I do for leg exercise? I have bad flat foot that is affecting my knees and I can't do squats. And yes, I have been doing your knee pain videos and the pain is getting worst as my knees get more and more crooked. What leg exercises should I do that won't my knees?
