I have a suggestion for people who find it hard to compete this workout. I find it easier to do it in the following sequence: 1. Warm Up @1:59 2. Abs @28:02 3. Weights TABATA @4:54 4. Cool Down @36:11 Doing the TABATA weights drains me out and leaves me with nothing for the Abs workout. The above order works better for me.

I love love these videos. Very easy to committ too with little equipment and just 45 mins a day. Question though...how accurate are calories burned? I keep track of all calories eaten and burned.
It's an estimate we get through a formula that we use. It's not dead on but it's pretty reliable when it comes to giving you a good ballpark of how many calories you have burned.

That really depends on your fitness level. These exercises are pretty hard to do with too much weight. I would say somewhere between 3-10 lb. dumbbells. It should be a challenge, but not too much to where your are losing your form.
Excellent workout as always! Lost 30 lbs since Nov doing these workouts and clean eating! Now my goal is 6 pack abs on this 50 year old for a trip in July - lol!
