AD | Today, I'm back at Ash Holt (Newton Garden Village), a development which is part of @redrowhomes's award-winning Heritage Collection, to tour one of their beautiful, 4 bedroom 'Marlow' properties. If you caught our house tour a couple of weeks ago, where I toured the Redrow Richmond, you'll know how characterful all of Redrow's new builds are. They feel like such a step away from a 'standard' kind of new build home, as they've paid attention to including features such as bay windows, hipped roofs, dropped-eaves, decorative tiling and brickwork, canopies above doorways and the use of timber.
The four-bedroom Redrow Marlow, features a beautifully spacious conservatory, whilst upstairs, the main bedroom is designed with fitted wardrobes, which obviously I LOVE, as well as a high-spec en-suite. OK even without the conservatory the property is really good. I would love to live in house. I just wonder if you can park your car in the garage. The garden looks good for playing cricket with a tennis ball.

You keep saying the ceilings are high, how high? They look a standard 8ft to me.
Yeah ceilings don't look very high if you check out the amount of space above the doors. Mind you compared to a lot of new builds having 8ft ceilings is now a "nice extra" lol
Specific measurements will on the Redrow website above! But they do feel very high and spacious for someone who's quite tall like myself!
Does this property has a garden? Or is it conservatory is all?

How does the car get to the garage..???
When the house is sold,they return it to a proper garage after the development has finished.

Yes, they are an add-on feature!
No, Redrow’s tiles are usually very bland compared to Bellway, Bovis, bloor and all the other major developers
you could always upgrade the tiles if they weren't your choice!
