I love figure it out, it really shows how he makes love with his bass. Although not conventional bassist, he definitely a candidate to be top 25 best bass players.

al 3:00 he changes the effects and after that he is using only one string, and then at 3:30 he uses 2 strings, with the effects of all the ampliffiers that he has on the back he makes all the diferent sounds
it’s why he has them 3 guitar amps on top of those two bass amps. upper octave which is done through an octave pedal goes goes to the guitar amps and distorted, normal bass sound goes into bass amp. he can turn the bass amps off whenever he wants leaving only a guitar sound eg at 3:12
