iIf you cut the brackets you can mount them on the back of the axel tube instead of the front. then the sn95 calipers can be mounted. how ever the driver side bracket will end up on the passenger side and passenger side on the driver side.

Yes, however there are subtle differences in brake lines/park brake cables etc.
