@@forkliftgeek10 right on! We have a go to guy too who fixes our controllers who works from his home, usually a 2-3 week turnaround but there hasn't been a controller we've sent him that he didn't find anything wrong with it. I think he lying sometimes. Lol.

Do you know how to reset a password on a raymond?
It will have to be done with a laptop if you don't have the super password.
