- Star Wars The Old Republic is a game featuring multiple class storylines to play through. Which of these storylines is the best? And which one is the worst? In this video i lay down which classes in SWTOR are the Best and which are the worst. Jedi Knight, Jedi Consular, Smuggler, Trooper, Sith Warrior, Sith Inquisitor, Imperial Agent and Bounty Hunter - All will be covered today!
Star Wars: The Old Republic is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) based in the Star Wars universe. Developed by BioWare Austin and a supplemental team at BioWare Edmonton. Story takes place in the Star Wars universe shortly after the establishment of a tenuous peace between the re-emergent Sith Empire and the Galactic Republic. The game features eight different classes. Each of the eight classes has a three act storyline that progresses as the character levels up.

Yes it very much is, it has like between 10-30k active players every day across all the servers (eu,na,asia)
@@basiccTV so the game is in hospice and they are squeaking out some final money in the hope they can break even on the triple A title that failed.
@@baptist8155 Well something like that, game is not dead by anymeans but its not really growing either. There really isnt any new content coming out nowadays, they are just maintaining servers etc. But there is still eight great storylines to playthrough. Also i wouldn't call this game a failure as it has made alot of money in last ten years. What info i have found out is that EA/bioware has made over 800million profit from this game, so overall not bad.
@@basiccTV Saying that there's no new content coming out nowadays is not correct, they still release new content/story patches about twice a year, with smaller patches that add seasonal rewards and minor features throughout the year.
@@ShintarsVideos Most of the updates that are coming out nowadays are cosmetic add ons to cartel market or in-game events. And yes they add small new story bits every now and then but its nothing compared to the big dlc´s we got before.

personally this is mine from worst to best: number 8 and by far the worst: Jedi Consular. this story is bad and boring, the writer got sacked. the only redeeming part is the final act, but you got to get there without falling asleep first. number 7: Jedi Knight. The reason I hate this story is because it is the reason for Meetra Surik (Jedi Exile, KotOR 2) dying in the Revan Novel. Lord Scourge has a vision that a "hero" (the Jedi knight player character) kills the emperor. so he stabs Meetra Surik in the back, saving the emperor from Revan's assault. They would have won had he not betrayed them and the Jedi knight is the reason for the betrayal of my favorite Star wars character. uff... that was a long rant, sorry. Number 6: The Sith Warrior: it's a typical Sith story of betrayal and backstabbery. number 5: Sith Inquisitor. like the warrior, it is a somewhat typical sith story. I just found this one a bit more fun. Number 4: the Smuggler. I like the story a lot, especially if you play a bit dark side, you can start your own criminal empire at the end. number 3: Trooper. This story is like the Revan Novel, it is very good, right up until the ending, the ending sucked unless you play dark side trooper and kill General Rakton. If you play good guy, you capture the last boss and you trade him back to the empire as a prisoner exchange. After all the work you did, they just let him go again. I hate General Garza's character. Number 2: The Bounty Hunter. This story is fantastic. you start out as a low level thug and you end up being the galaxy's most wanted criminal, it's fantastic. and of course, number 1: The Imperial Agent. The "if James Bond was evil" story. it is so good that the writer of this story should get promoted and get a massive pay increase, as opposed to the Jedi Consular, who got fired.
Not sure iff you know this, but there is a cartoon web series made back in 2011 or something that is about Darth Thanathon. Who he was before he became a Darth, what he did for the emperor to be promoted to a Darth, it is quite interesting.
