  • The Tsum Valley, also known as the "Hidden Valley of Happiness," is predominantly inhabited by people of Tibetan origin. The Tsum Valley trek is a journey into one of Nepal’s most secluded and culturally rich valleys. Bordering Tibet, this hidden gem of the Himalayas is often described as a world apart, untouched by the modern era and steeped in ancient Buddhist traditions. The valley is home to several ancient monasteries, including the revered Mu Gompa, Rachen Gompa and Milarepa cave. These spiritual sites are repositories of Tibetan art, scriptures, and culture, offering a glimpse into the monastic lifestyle.
The trek offers breathtaking views of the Ganesh Himal, Sringi Himal, and Baudha Himal ranges. The landscape is diverse, ranging from subtropical forests and terraced fields to alpine meadows and rugged mountain terrain.
The area is also rich in wildlife, including Himalayan thar, blue sheep, and a variety of bird species.
