Thanks, tea houses are ok. We did not take sleeping bags or mat but if trekking in the tourist season it's better to take it. only a few tea houses after Tashi gaon.
Hello I have some question Where do you get the bus from Kathmandu to Hile How much and what time for the bus ? And what time for the bus from Khandbari to Kathmandu ?
We took microbus from Koteshwor at around 5 am in the morning and we reached Hile around 4 pm. We booked the microbus, a week ahead from the Saptakoshi A/C Hiace ticket booking counter.
You can take Deluxe Bus from Khatmandu to Dharan and another Bus from Dharan To Hile

I heard about a office in Seduwa is it true. What are the charges or the permit fees.? 2. How to reach Num from Itahari? Will I be able to reach there in a day?

Please refer to www.taan.org.np/pages/trekking-permit-fees for a permit. You can get bus from Itahari to Dhankuta- Hile from Hile four-wheel-drive till Khadbari - Num.
