All jobs are queens unless you aren't paid what the job is worth and aren't treated with respect, gotta have sick days and holly days and safety and whatever else. But you surely must get why these jobs get insulted, our society is based on "the American dream" and doing a job that a machine could easily do doesn't seem like a big enough dream. You gotta make product, you gotta own a company, you gotta be in college debt. For those who don't know, obbies are essentially the most common and overused game type in Roblox. They are basically obstacle courses basically require little-to-no effort to make.
I hate to say it, but the video was right about them all basically looking the same.

That’s another thing I really dislike about the video’s premise/moral. It says that you can still become a successful Roblox developer no matter what but that’s where the cracks show. Becoming a Roblox developer by itself let alone a very successful “celebrity” developer is very slim when you consider how the corporate sector took over the platform, and the entire game industry as a whole. Now that there’s heavy competition and a sense of over saturation within the platform, unless you have some sort of very unique talent or gift you’re not really gonna get anywhere. When you consider the monetization practices done by Roblox when you get the chance for such monetization (that by itself should be considered a feat) it’s best to say that abandoning Roblox development be the only solution (unless you have a gift or talent as previously mentioned, or have pure luck).
I haven’t touched Roblox since 2 years ago so if my stance was incorrect please feel free to let me in on what’s going on. All I know is that the platform is being run into the dirt by corporate shills after the company went public.

Dhar Mann had a video similar to this. A girl was failing school while her sister was passing her classes and the story wanted to portray the mom as being unfair to her daughter. These two stories have the exam plot only difference this one is about Minecraft and the other was about a girl doing art. YK, Not every child has to follow in their parent's footsteps to be successful, but sometimes their career path may not work. Sometimes we need to tell people their ideas aren't going to work and they need to pick another route. Also, the mom is right, Roblox is a waste of time and School is more important. Finishing school will probably help you more in life.
Lastly, the writing is so bad and the ending joke was so Damm lame too. Ha ha, she told him to play with Barbies, I am so laughing my ass off not.

One thing I've never seen you talk about is what happens to the actors in these videos. I knew someone who used to be very nice and a genuinely great actor. Then they were in a dhar mann video. Since then they have become incredibly narcissistic and they keep lording their acting skills over all the other people in our theater group. Even though I was never a good close friend with them, they used to be really nice to be around. Now he is among the most annoying people I know, I cannot stand to talk with him because he is so obsessed with himself and, his acting has gotten worse. He doesn't really seem to care about keeping up his acting skills anymore and just relies on the fact that everyone other than me loves him. They don't love him because he is a great actor or because he is a genuinely nice person. He is loved by almost everyone in my theater group because he was in a dhar mann video. I'm not sure if this is what happens to all of these child actors but from my experience after being in one of these videos, the people are never the same.

And if you see Roblox’s monetization practices, unless you’re one of those “celebrity” developers making thousands/millions of of Roblox games, most average developers make as much as a minimum wage job. You could legitimately make more money selling tree branches than making roblox games.
Depends on how successful the Roblox game is. Take Tower Defense Simulator, for example. It pulled in millions, if not billions, in Robux as of now from gamepasses/other in game purchases, as well as allow for successful plushes to be made.

hello, someone knowledgeable in how roblox developing works; its just not sustainable, unless youve already built up a reputation on roblox, following a common game trend or spending unbelievable amounts of money on ads, your game just isnt gonna make it, the conversion rate from the robux you get to actual money is only about approximately 1/4th, which for if youre planning to go long term isnt a good idea, the mom in this episode is literally right, also a game of that quality in the video would never actually succeed on roblox
