Bom dia amigo! Este carro carrega a história da indústria automobilística brasileira. Ficamos muito felizes em ver que você exibe com orgulho este ícone do nosso design. Parabéns, o carro é lindo. Se possível, posta mais vídeos do interior.
Thank you for the video. A very rare version, not a lot of videos about this car, please make more ! Fun fact: all Puma's in Holland are officially registered as 1600 S models by mistake. So my Puma's official registration papers say it's a 1600 S 😆
Your Puma have dual Solex 40? Maybe this is the reason. Basic engines sold in Brazil, use dual Solex32 not Solex 40. Those Solex 40 was used in Chevrolet Opala in Brazil. Nowadays, lots of brazilians do that upgrade or put a "little more juice" in their Solex32 (another base with 34mm and/or 26mm venturis).
@@ilanoliveira4237 Thanks for the information. I've never been able to find out exactly what the S meant or stood for in the name. I assumed the S model had a bit more power.
Cara, procura canais brasileiros. O canal Garagem Do Bellot, por exemplo, tem dezenas de vídeos, com praticamente todas as versões de veículos produzidos pela Puma.
Did you ever weighed the car yourself? I wonder if it has the lightweight bodywork that was an option back then. My car weights 1675lbs with a full tank of gas, but no spare wheel.
The last owned told me the car weighed a little over 1500lbs. I'm not sure if that's with or without a full tank of gas or the spare. Very light either way.
Hi. Thanks for watching the video. It will be for sale soon. Most likely listing it on Bring a Trailer (bringatrailer.com) auction site in a few months. Just trying to find the time to take all the pics and get it ready.

Thanks for watching the video. I wasn't sure what the S actually meant. I've seen very few with the S designation.

The car is currently listed up for auction on www.bringatrailer.com if you know anyone who may be interested. Thanks.
